Dear Tropica, can you from now on be honest about bonus banned players?
I have asked live chat and used email support many times earlier about my bonus ban at Rival white labels.
IF a rep here tells me this:
And I earlier read that another swedish member can ask for bonuses and receive it, I can read answers from your support like this:

To really push it I asked for a deposit bonus, this was the answer many hours later:
This means that you blame my ban on where I live, but we have seen that another swedish player can receive bonuses, which means that I am banned twice.
You also said that your support would be able to assist. They couldn't, they gave me the wrong answer.
The simple answer is that I AM BONUS BANNED! Period!
You tell me that this is not the place for these requests, well, you tell me who and where someone from Tropica can be honest and tell me that I am bonus banned?

Support was correct in the advice they provided. You live in Sweden and therefore are exempt from receiving bonuses.
Vinylweatherman posted earlier that we should set up offers based on loyalty. We already have this in place and loyal customers living in restricted countries do receive bonuses. Tirilej had a relationship with Tropica via this forum and was granted cashback because of her deposits. Management review each player on merit and if they feel a player should receive bonuses, then bonuses are granted.
We are also one of the few casinos that still allow most players bonuses even if they are Globally Bonus Banned, albeit with higher wagering requirements, but still affording these players an opportunity to enjoy the casino games using bonus cash.
In a nutshell: if you qualify for bonuses, you will receive them. If you don't, then you need to build up loyalty first.
