Also sorry it took me so long - in fact I wasn't actively looking for them - but I just spotted one!
On Cosmic Quest 2 - Mystery Planets I just hit the win below.
As you can see, the wild on reel 4 expanded when it shouldn't have; The only wins are 2-of-a-kind, no 3 or 4 of-a-kinds.

Not a big deal - just a minor glitch - and I'm still pretty sure all the other slots which had this error were corrected quite a while ago. :thumbsup:

I think that in your scenario, reel 4 triggered simply because there was a winning line which included an expanding wild on reel 1. I tested the game now and after 10,000 spins, I have been unable to replicate this.

We take all feedback seriously. So does Rival. I can assure you that this is been worked on and looked at with urgency. What can be fixed, will be fixed. What needs to be changed, will be and anything that is deemed "nice-to-have" will be added to the list.

Rival have already completed the Share-the-Excitement (STE) application which invites the users to share their screenshots in four ways:

  • By URL: Users can copy-paste the winning URL directly into emails or chat windows in order to link their friends to a page displaying this screenshot and inviting them to download the casino so they can play too.
  • By embedding the picture into a website: Share the Excitement provides the user with the HTML code required to embed an image of the screenshot on any website. The newly embedded image will also be a link to a landing page which will display the screenshot detail page, and invite the viewer to browse more screenshots and join the game.
  • By posting the screenshot in a forum: This Share feature supplies the user with the BB code required to include an image of the desired screenshot into their forum posts. Many forums, such as Casinomeister.com, have threads where users are invited to post and discuss screenshots of their wins. These threads have, up to this point, been filled with bad quality screenshots and frustrated people having difficulty learning how to post their own screenshots. With this feature, Share the Excitement is supplying people with an easy way to share their screenshots on forums fast!
  • By emailing their friends: When the user clicks on the "Email" link, the user's email service will pop up, displaying a default message. The user has the ability to customize the default message, but is only required to fill in the recipient of the email.
We are working with Rival to get the STE service live on Tropica so members can make use of it.

We will update this post once we receive feedback on the other requests posted here and in other threads. These are:

1. Stop autoplay on Free Spins
2. Use Current Balance and not Starting Balance when "Increase/Decrease my balance by X amount" is activated in autoplay
3. Casino Frame moving back to the centre of the screen when a new game is loaded
4. Resizing the window to any desired size (this is a nice-to-have as there are 2 modes which are deemed adequate at the moment)
5. Sharing screenshots: The STE Service will take care of this and is ready; We just need to make some updates to our site to accommodate the screenshots.

This is what we have from the 2 threads regarding Rival and Tropica at the moment. If we have missed anything, let us know please.

A good feature, but by embedding this "sneaky" marketing within the image you could cause users to inadvertantly break the rules of some sites where embedding marketing links in this manner is strictly forbidden, which it is here at Casinomeister. It could also have legal repercussions, for example, a player shares his win on the UK forum "moneysavingexpert", but the embedded marketing link behind the screenshot breaks UK law because the casino is not licensed in a whitelisted territory. Moneysavingexpert will then consider the user responsible for INTENTIONALLY spamming the site with disguised marketing, rather than innocently sharing an experience, and ban their account for life.

To make the feature compliant, the embedded marketing needs to be removed.

The feature is also sure to anger affiliates, who will feel that they are being cut out of the loop by players being likely to join via a screenshot posting. This would be particularly irksome for one of your affiliates who runs a player forum, and discovers that screenshot postings have been stealing some of his traffic from his banner links, and not even crediting him for a referral from within his own forum. The end result is that many forums and websites will end up banning this app from being used to share Rival screenshots. This could make it seem that LESS big wins come from Rival casinos than other brands, where there would be no ban on posting screenshots.

The was no need to post all those screenshots - I have NEVER said that the wilds expand when there is no win.
What I said from the start, was that wilds expand on reels 4 or 5 even when THEY do not form a winning combination.

I tested the game now and after 10,000 spins, I have been unable to replicate this.
I guess I must just be very lucky then! ;)

Number 1 and 8 are the ONLY ones you should play... steer clear of the rest. Just google it or search it here - they have all had some sort of problems. 2 of them I have had to fight tooth and nail to get paid and only then it was after 1-2 months. Number 2 through 7 aren't worth the hassle at all!!

The only problem is that those are the only 2 who do not take NEW players from the USA. :(

Vegas2web had some slow pay issues in past but they are not appearing on any of the negative lists here at CM. I just checked to be sure.

Not on the Rogue List
Not on the Not Recommended list
Not on the Probation list

They fall in the middle like many other casinos ---- NOT Accredited but not on any "Bad" list either.

There are posts from members who have had a bad experience, including one of mine quite awhile ago. However, mine got resolved and I have not had any issues since then.

Do I feel more comfortable recommending Desert Nights and the Sloto/Slot Capital Rival Version --- Hell yes. Do I still play occasionally at Vegas2web? Yes. Would I suggest giving Vegas2web a shot if you are not able to play at the the other two sites? YES

but now they say they only flsuh for VIP players so i was denied ? :(

We consider our regular players to be VIPs. The agent who mailed you saw that your account is Bonus Banned and therefore replied with the generic reply.

Kindly note that the withdrawal has been flushed and will be processed tomorrow.

When I saw your screenie and that it was at Tropica my first thought was that you still probably had a max cashout on a bonus.
To be bonusbanned can be great sometimes because you get to keep all your winnings:D

It's also good to know that since I'm also bonusbanned I wouldn't be able to flush my cashouts, so my decision to not play there will stand.

Duwayne, yes we have discussed this, but for me not being granted bonuses is the same as being bonusbanned.
The free cash upon requst was free cash I first was given but denied, and later changed my mind, and I have still never used a depositbonus at Tropica.
You told me that I could just ask for a bonus and you'll give it to me. That means you still don't get it.

I would like to be treated with respect and to be offered just the same as everyone else. Nothing more, nothing less.

Given that Rival bonus ban at the drop of a hat, and not ONLY where "bonus abuse" has been detected, there should be a differentiation between players who only play when they can beat a bonus, and those who have simply arrived at a positive overall position after a run of luck, and have therefore been automatically bonus banned for "not needing additional help with their luck".

You could simply have stated that Tirilej isnt bonus-banned but instead you highlighted the issue of her receiving free cash at her request with the intention of showing she is greedy. Well, you will recall that I had complained of the casino's reluctance in processing a small w/d on a freebie a couple of years ago and to pacify me you inserted a free chip in my account which I didnt use. Though I still wasnt pleased that the w/d was not processed I was nevertheless impressed by your action. Now seeing what you are doing to Tirilej I do think that you would have cast me in a poor light if I had taken the free chip.

Normally, I am against casinos posting information about player accounts in regards to bonuses received etc, but tirilej did put this at issue and the casino should be able to respond accordingly.

I want to apologise to Tirilej and to anyone else who found my post to be painting a picture of Tirilej as a bonus hunter. It was most certainly not my intention and I wish to clarify that the bonuses granted were because Tirilej had made quite a few deposits without the benefit of playing our promotions. I was simply trying to treat her properly as she deserved it :)

I don't think it matters what nationality your parents (or you) are - it's where you live.
If you lived in the UK for example, I don't think you would be bonus-banned. Similarly if I moved to Sweden, then I WOULD be bonus-banned.

Now that this discussion is open again, i can tell you that im being cheated out of 2331€ from betcave.com. [email protected] who is the manager was supposed to pay me unless they find out i was cheating them in any way, then he stopped emailing me alltogether i had a complaint at gambling crumbles about this. My pab:s are full and this was more then a year ago. Still unpaid, but there is nothing that i can do about it. They returned my deposit, and said i had broken a 30% rule of betting , however i bet only about 5% the amount of bonus at the biggest. I guess they found out i wasnt breaking any rules afterall, and stopped all communication with me ;(
I just wanted to put it out on the open that some of these white labels are still doing what they want ;(

This just shows how silly and nonsensical this whole policy is. It seems that a UK citizen will somehow become a "bonus abuser" as soon as they set foot on Swedish soil, yet a hardened Swedish "bonus abuser" of the type that lead to this policy being implemented need only move to another country to get the offers coming back.

Rather than bodging a fix for those Swedish players by making them have to go through to CS and "beg" for a few crumbs, implement a system where Swedish players who have shown loyalty are simply allocated to a player class allowed the promotions so that they can see and claim them in the lobby like everyone else. Had this been done, there would have been no need to go to CS for "free money", and end up looking "greedy". There are far, far, "greedier" players, not from Sweden, who can claim every damn free chip they can find in the lobby until the Rival system shuts them out. They are not painted as "greedy" because they are simply taking what is offered, not asking for extras.

Support was correct in the advice they provided. You live in Sweden and therefore are exempt from receiving bonuses.

Vinylweatherman posted earlier that we should set up offers based on loyalty. We already have this in place and loyal customers living in restricted countries do receive bonuses. Tirilej had a relationship with Tropica via this forum and was granted cashback because of her deposits. Management review each player on merit and if they feel a player should receive bonuses, then bonuses are granted.

We are also one of the few casinos that still allow most players bonuses even if they are Globally Bonus Banned, albeit with higher wagering requirements, but still affording these players an opportunity to enjoy the casino games using bonus cash.

In a nutshell: if you qualify for bonuses, you will receive them. If you don't, then you need to build up loyalty first.

Tropica casino didn't pay out on bonuses in the past and it's just as likely they wont in the future.

We see this form all the time here at CM. If you can receive bonuses at Slots Capital, take them up on it.

That is a bit of cheap shot Lookaway. If we have not paid someone, it has always been with a valid reason. We pride ourselves on been fair. As mentioned above, we even allow most players who have been bonus banned by Rival to have bonuses at Tropica.

If you have been not been paid by us, PM me and I will gladly look into it. If you should have been paid, I will arrange it. If not, then you will already know the reason/s why.

We have had several posts about Tropica the past year and the only posts I can find have been product improvement related.

Its great to see a Rival casino starting to listen very well especially Tropica. Well done Tropica! I am glad you have decided to show up after all. I hope that it stay that way and continue to be a good casino and show us that a white label casino can become non white label and move on to non accredited then if doing well it will keep heading into accredited it would be great. There is no point to see Rival staying in sad state of white label/not recommended list. Some players do like Rival for some reason. I can understand about bonus banned. Thats the rules they have made and there is not much you can do. If you are being good loyal to them they may give you bonus later time thats the only way it can happen. But really you don't have to play with bonus all the time though. You still win money if you play without bonus so there is not much difference. Bonus is just nice addition to it to allow you to play more but you still require playthrough which is normal really takes you longer to achieve it then withdraw it at a later time. Its up to them depends on their preference though. I do hope that soon in future that Rival can join other group in accredited casino with microgaming, RTG, NetE, etc that would be great to see it.

Maybe split off the Tropica/Rival technical conversation?

I'd still be interested to read of any recent personal experiences with white labels. (My recent experiences with 2 'independent' Rivals were not 'fun'.) Do they delay payments? How's customer service?
