And in doing so, I'll be listing additional information concerning each casino.

Besides the basic info (Casino Group, Publicly traded, liscensing, etc.) is there anything else that you might find helpful - and realistic? :p

Please let me know since I hope to have this up by the end of the week. :D

Since you obviously have far too much free time on your hands how about;

The Casinos contact number
Link to Rep here
and a small check list on Casino important Casino policy such as,
Are Jackpots paid in full?
Weekly cashout limit?
min/max deposit.

Not enough to keep you busy I know but maybe others can help out on that.

Thanks! Some of these are already being covered - but I also need to make sure it's not something that needs constant updating :D

Some casinos allow all games on bonuses. That would be a good thing to know before going to the website and claiming.

Just list bonuses on only the ones that say "All Games" in the remarks or some such thing, don't you think would be a good thing?? It will be a short list but would make an impact on the casinos traffic in my opinion.

.

This may be difficult , but based on forum members input how about a scale say 1-5( 5= very good 1=piss poor or vice versa) as to timely payments to account AFTER notice that withdrawals have been "processed".

It seems incredible to me that I can have 2 withdrawals processed on the same day for wire transfer and 3days after I get the "being processed" notice . I get funds in my bank in 3 days from one casino and 15 days from another casino

Since it was pointed out to me in a thread long ago and far far away that CM was an affiliate watchdog as well, how about a rating on if affiliates should promote them or not?

I know what you are going to say. If they are not approved, why would affiliates promote them? That's not what I mean. I mean, do they treat affiliates well, hand in hand with players?

Thank you for listening.

I think this would be biting off more than I can chew. That would have to be updated daily or every time a casino changes their terms.

Again, way too much info to be updated. Payment processing is changes every week if not daily. And much of it depends on the location of th eplayer and how he deposited.

Is Casino Titan going to get accredited pretty soon? They rock in customer service and payout speed.
Not that I know of :p

That's an idea that can be looked into. It's tricky sometimes since an outstanding casino operation might have an inept or mismanaged aff program. It doesn't happen too often.

No one has mentioned "flushing accounts" on demand. That could be good to know. :D

Hi CM,

Although we may not see eye to eye on some things :D I believe we (including others) hold a sincere passion for stand up treatment of legit players. With that said, I would like to see the following (if they're not already included):

Withdrawals
Time frame for Neteller (and other web wallets), cheques (checks); sent via courier and postage, and bank wire. Are withdrawals processed on weekends & or public holidays. And if so is this only available to VIP's or all casino players?

Is preferential treatment given to VIP's in relationship to withdrawals?

Account Flushing
Is this available?
If not what is the time period of a withdrawal to stay in a pending state?
Is this influence by the weekend & or holiday periods?

Weekend Support
It's one of busiest times for an online casino but ironically most casinos do not have a floor manager who can make account decisions.

EG - Bonus does not get credited or similar. CSR's say they can not credit bonus and have to send issues to promo Dept. but they wont be in until Monday. (I think that an accredited casino should have someone on 24/7 who can make such decisions. Hence addition of contact noted).

Support Services
If no phone support or live chat, is there a phone back option?
Also what is the average time frame for email responses?

Escalating Account Issues
Sometime generic CSR's get in wrong and either don't do what there supposed to do or forget to escalate a matter. In cases such as this a contact where a matter can be sent and addressed in a timely manner.

I could add more but these to me are the most important things that help keep players happy and ultimately assist a casino in retaining players.

Cheers

Bryan,
how about making reps responsible for keeping the information up to date? You could give them limited access to this part of your site and they would responsible for ensuring the information is accurate.
Keeping a small amount of information up to date for someone in the loop on One Casino would be no trouble.
You could also give them a little space to advertise a new game or promo. ;)

Casinos

I liked it before when you could click the casino that was accredited and you could visit its website directly for your own personal viewing.

Another thing I would like to see, is whether or not the casino has had an audit of how "randomization" works with their casino games.

Not just for traditional casino games, even ones like trey card poker and so on.

Thanks for the suggestions - some are incorporated - some not :D

Anyway - it's up:

The info is not exhaustive, but it's a good start. There are also notes I haven't uploaded yet either. You have Simmo! to thank for the implementation of the Affcaff system (Promo feeds).

I don't think I could handle umpteen casino reps updating the same file sporadically :p

We have updated feeds the promos now - which I'm sure many will appreciate.

The new upgrade looks good and i believe is a lot easier to read then the previous look.

Although i do wonder why 3Dice isn't on the list anymore in accredited casinos?I tried to find it in the accredited casinos list but couldn't find it at all.

Is this just a mistake or something we should be worried about?

I'm waiting for them to ensure me that a third party is performing audits. I brought them on with the understanding that this would be happening shortly, but apparently it hasn't. Once this is done, they'll be back.

Hey Bryan,

I thought I was getting senile concerning casinos having to provide outside audits to be accredited. It IS still a requirement, then?

NEVERMIND.

I should have used my feeble brain and read your new page!

The original list was functional but this is a massive improvement.
I like the way you have clearly set out what it takes to be on the accredited list too and the list itself is easy to reference.

I must say you have done a great job.

It's a damn good start Bryan, kudos to you for implementing such a great new and revised list of accredited casinos that is detailed very well. Thanks too for all your efforts on adding these new accreditation standards to the list. This is one of the very reasons that the player community has held you "Casinomeister" in such high regard over the years. Keep up the great work..

It looks great! I like the way they're listed by group, that's helpful. For instance I have accounts at Casino Spendido and Roxy Palace and never realized that they're part of the same group.

One thing that I always thought would be helpful on this site is to have a search feature so you can look for a particular casino by name and find out quickly whether they're accredited or in the rogue pit. I realize that there's a search in the forum, but it sometimes takes a long time of wading through posts to find what you're looking for.

BTW under the Main St. Group (RTG) Vegas Casino Online is listed twice...?

I've often thought the same; when looking to see if a casino is on the rogue list I always thought it strange there is no search function at the top of the page.
If this could be done, as you suggest, to include accredited casinos as well I think this would be a very useful feature for members & visitors to CM.

Thanks! I have a search function for the main site, but it needs a serious overhaul.

I need one for the rogue section as well since that is several levels deep.

Thanks for the heads up on VCO - I edit pretty fast sometimes :D

Yeah the problem there is that there are SOOOO many in that section - a lot of the RTGs in particular aren't admitting they belong to any (virtual) group at all, so it's hard to find them unless you already know where to look. But if you already know where to look, chances are you wouldn't be interested in playing there anyhow. ;)

Hopefully one day the accredited section will be just as big!

Love the new layout of the Accredited List much easier to navigate and the more info per casino the better! This get a big  from me .. Great Work CM!!!!
