    It seems that sky vegas are actually making an effort to create different types of promotions, rather than just the usual 50% or 100% match.

    this weekend I claimed the 'double your winnings' bonus where if you won upto and including £25 on a particular slot then they would match it! For me it shows that sky vegas are thinking about they're customers right now.

    Might take them up on their 100% match bonus next weekend for the full £100. Since I learned that 32red have stopped all flushing options I have been looking at alternatives in the gaming market and sky vegas/casino is a likely contender. The customer support seem very friendly/professional too.

    What are your thoughts on sky vegas/casino?

    I can deposit via skrill , but withdraws come back account . They have sayed over one month : " technical problems ".

    so contacted support today twice to confirm what time the bonus funds will be credited and was told two different answers. first time was 5.30 pm and the second time was 7pm. Im not really too bothered what time they credit the funds but its more the consistency of the reply I have received that bother me.

    At the end of the day they are an accredited casino over here and not rogues so il just check every couple of hours

    umm now this promotion sounded too good to be true. Just been on the phone to a customer service rep over at sky bet because the bonus funds haven't shown up yet on my Vegas account. After he talked to the marketing team he said that there some issues with the 'marketing' team and that they would be contacting me soon, and at this time there was nothing he could do to credit the bonus. If I'm honest, I'm a little bit disappointed in Skyvegas not crediting the bonus on time, then telling me that is a 'marketing issue' #SIGHSDEEPLY

    Strange I have had no problems with neteller both deposits and withdrawals gone straight back within hours or latest next morning.

    There has always been problems with SkyVegas "Special" Promotions. I remember in my own case couple years back I know there is a thread made by myself. To lazy to get back to that now. Oh yeah and then that famous Jackpot scandal they had years ago where they refused to pay players.

    BUT that said they are really good brand and seem to have improved recently so don't let that pull you down.

    Im going to contact the CS team again and write down what they say on the state of the bonus. when/if they will pay. timeframes etc etc.

    Step 2 will be contacting the rep on here, is there one?

    Step 3 requesting a pab
    Is that roughly the correct sequence that I should be taking?

    great, Im going to request All my live chat correspondence surrounding the promotion so I can verify that I made CS clear that I fully understood the terms involved with the promotion I was entering into.

    You might think £25 is a small amount but its the principle that bothers me.

    I will keep the thread updated and advised on any progress that should be made
