So you found these two casinos in a website. Registered at both within minuts, deposited and took the sign up bonus in both, but can't recall you did?
How could you play at both at the same time? Two computers and you were running on and off to see what happened in the other. It would have been fun to watch.

Such sites will tell you that their strategies can make a consistent profit. They can, FOR THE WEBSITE. They get paid twice as much if you "whore" both Redbet and Whitebet than if you just stick to one of them. The player on the other hand, often falls foul of the terms by relying too much on the "how to play this bonus for maximum EV" guides and not checking whether the method has been countered by the terms and conditions.

As well as bog standard bonus whoring, some of these sites discuss things like how to multi-account and not get caught. It looks like you have been dabbling in such "dark arts" too, but not covering your tracks sufficiently. Using a proxy means the casino can't link you directly to another account, but it DOES set off alarm bells as to WHY you are using the proxy, and this means they do far more digging before they pay you, and this is where they catch you out. There are ways of looking past the proxies, remember, you have installed the casino client on your PC, it knows where it is, and so do all the other instances of the casino client used by other players. Unless you buy a brand new PC every time you open a duplicate account, you WILL be caught if the operator digs deep enough after having had suspicions aroused by something else, such as using a proxy, or an IP address in a different country to where you claim to live.

They can also detect "gnoming", where you collude with others to have the use of many identities with which to operate accounts.

Firstly I have to say that the way you repeatedly abused out support staff and threatened us with multiple forum posts was extremely rude and I would urge you to moderate your language and manners in future.

Here's what happened.

You created an account on one of our brands and within minutes created an account on another, taking the welcome bonus on both.
You were even playing on both casinos at the same time!

Now here's the funny part.
Your winnings from Redbet (the second casino you joined), €1407 were removed because of this violation.
BUT
You were contacted via email asking for verification docs so that we could pay the €2900 you won on Whitebet!
You were so busy ranting and swearing at the Customer Service reps that you repeatedly ignored the fact that they were telling you that you would get paid the first winnings.

So there you have it. You are getting paid for your initial winnings because it's already in process and our policy is always to pay for the first casino winnings because at that point nothing untoward had happened (and you're lucky because due to the fact that you were playing two bonuses on two casinos at once you could have had both sums confiscated).


I'd just like to add that you are no longer welcome at any of our brands due to your despicable manners. Send your docs in, take your money and then I'll close your accounts.

I would say that's a pretty clear-cut case, thanks for explaining it Andy.

Khan, your behaviour has been terrible, Redbet is a respected casino brand and Andy is one of the most amenable, helpful reps you could ever wish to deal with. Whatever your personal gripe is there is NEVER any excuse for resorting to base abuse, swearing, ranting, and general behaviour more befitting of an out-of-control teenager than a full grown adult.

You're getting paid from one of the casinos, which is arguably more than you deserve, I would suggest that's about as good as it's going to get for you - and don't expect to find much in the way of friendly faces around here either.

Whilst the relationship between casino and customer is ultimately 'they take our money', and the player wants to win whereas the casino wants them to lose, common courtesy and respect can and should still be a part of that relationhship.

Kudo's to Andy for agreeing to clearly state terms in one place to make it transparent-I don't play this group but I do play other groups where I have accounts in multiple group members. I note that at the belle rock group (Lucky nugget, etc) the bonus system won't work if you have claimed at another group member- e.g if you have 50% bonus and claim it at lucky nugget then the bonus will not be added (even if you claim it) at King Neptune- Is there some reason other casino groups cannot do this.

I ve been gambling online for a long time and have never had a problem claiming separate welcome bonuses at sister casinos, and also cashing out on them. I have done this so many times I would not even had thought to look for the term. I guess if this happened to me I would be in shock also.

And to be blatantly honest I think it`s time khan`s membership here was reviewed, imho he is nothing more than a rule bending bonus abuser, I cannot think of any sane reason anyone would use a proxy server other than to disguise their IP, which in turn isn`t rocket science as to work out why.

And then players wonder why these online casinos have 1500 lines of T&Cs which requires you to have a law degree to understand. It's because of players like khan(whatever his number is), who tick that little box AGREEING to the T&Cs WITHOUT actually reading them. I'm sure somewhere in there is a term which will state that bonus term will revert to general T&C yadda yadda yadda (most casinos have this somewhere never the bottom of the bonus T&Cs).

I have accounts on all, redbet, whitebet & heypoker. I allso used the wellcome bonus on all of the casinos. Happy me for not winning anything as being so stubid not to read trough t&c carefull enough .. Actually the last one I signed in was heypoker and then I noticed they were under the same branch. But I still played the wellcome bonus, since I thought it would be allowed, because I allways use the same email adress and assumed the system would block the bonus from me in case if not allowed. Lesson learned: do not assume and read T&C .

This is the first time it happens to me. Two different casinos whitebet.com and redbet.com two different bonus codes.

I am winning at both, in RedBet over 3000 they delete my both winnings saying I have multiple accounts between whitebet and redbet and that it is not allowed although these are two different casinos, are they out of their mind ?

I recognize that this incident occurred some time ago. I have made about 300 eur's in deposits in Redbet without any luck and sometimes with successive deposits whittling away to noting super fast. I came here to check out Redbet's credentials. I must say that Redbet's rep was much more than generous to the OP despite the evidence against Khan. I hope that Andy continues to represent Redbet in here and thank you all for the reassurance that my loses are simply due to pure bad luck.

Thank you. This thread was a real eye opener for me for a number of reasons. Peoples duplicity. The reasons why casino's online have to vet depositors so vigorously. There terms and conditions that I overlook/skip except for the parts I am interested in. The deals that online casino user websites have with some casino's where endorsements have little to do with the quality of the casino and more to do with vested interests. And the fact that some casino's are capable of being way more generous than they need be when the evidence of rule breaking is obvious.
This thread also shows that a healthy mutual respect is possible between game players and a casino rep.
