I don't like that requirement, sorry it's there.
it is weird that you need to go back in and confirm a withdrawal to your card - IT have told me why we need it a number of times but I still haven't quite grasped it.
Thanks for mentioning it - it'll give me some ammo to find a workaround

Recently made a withdrawal back to my card (deposit method). Slightly odd method of pending, then having to go back and use my casino password to complete withdrawal. But the pending period was only a few hours (I was playing in the middle of their night) and was paid pretty much instantly after I confirmed. Still waiting to see how long back to my card, but that's not really down to the casino.

I'd be overjoyed to be able to play in CAD, the exchange always hits me coming and going.

It seems that this may not be the norm though. My withdrawal has not been paid within minutes and CS stated that they are paid minutes after approval which is fine. Approval may not be until the following day. Also on the need for documents, that apparently is at the whim of the finance/security department. I am not going to chase it up and we will see if the above was an exception to the rule.

Well it depends on how much you have withdrawn. Redbet just like all other Casinos are regulated and will ask for documents eventually - My advice is to send them in BEFORE they ask.

If your Withdrawal is to an E-Wallet - Pop by live chat and they will process it for you provided its 500 or under. Again, they try to help as much as possible.

This is the FASTEST paying NetEnt Casino IMPO and they also process withdrawals over Weekends and in the evenings. A lot of the others process 08h00 - 17h00 and within certain times on weekends.

Just a quick question anyone else have extreme lag on casino blue in the evening? its been for few weeks now, Casino Red is ok its just Blue
its almost unplayable its so slow, once you hit spin the reels spin for 8-10 sec before they come to stop ?

Same with me with Casino Blue, so much slower.

Same for me. I asked support about it but they said it worked fine so I updated every software, reset modem etc. Still runs incredibly slow.

Also, when a win is about to hit the spin takes a few seconds longer. Reminds me of when you could tell when you would hit something big on Netent. That "glitch" is gone now.

I have another comment to make about which I sent Andy already a PM earlier this afternoon.

My first withdrawal of € 700 early in the morning was processed very quickly. Right after I had made my first withdrawal I sent a copy of my passport and utility bill to support at 4.44 am, which was forwarded to Redbet's ID dept.

My second withdrawal of € 1900 at 11.02 am, however, is still pending (tempting me to reverse :mad:) because they emailed me that I should send proof of address in view of the sizeable amount (of course), hence disregarding the fact that I had already sent a utility bill, which clearly states my home address. It is the very same bill I've used for verification at Maxino and 32Red (to name a few) without any problems.

So, I sent both my passport and utility bill again at 13:12 pm, but I've only received an email confirming receipt and the message that they will get back to me shortly. It's 4.34 pm now, and my withdrawal is still pending.

This leads me to think that there are some sloppy people working at the security dept. who have overlooked the 2nd attachment to my 1st email - the utility bill - or that it is perhaps a stalling technique. The latter doesn't make any sense since the first € 700 withdrawal was processed very quickly, around 9 am.

I don't like it when people at security depts. overlook attachments.

Their first email does not mention anything about the utility bill being unacceptable due to an "incomplete" name (initials + surname). It suggests that they had not received any proof of address from me. Poor communication. Also, I don't understand their line of reasoning. My passport lists my first names in full and it matches the initials of my name on the utility bill. As mentioned above, my utility bill is perfectly acceptable to other casinos. Bills or any documents from Dutch authorities that I might be required to submit in the event of future larger withdrawals always state my initials + surname, never my full first names, unless it's a birth certificate or passport and they have a copy of the latter. What is this?? I will wait for Andy's reply.

Sorry, I raised it again with Microgaming on Thursday and gave them logins etc.
It happens quite a lot to me on MG Flash casinos recently and ours is especially poor.

I've found 32Red's Flash Casino to be unplayably bad.

If I switch to the Viper client it's perfect, well, as perfect as the Viper client will ever be :D

I get constant error 2`s from some sites using the quickfire package, certain times of the day MGS games are unplayable for me at Nordic/Maxino, Ben has tirelessly tried to remedy this with MGS IT guys, but we all know how piss poor MGS are when it comes to fixing glitches :rolleyes:.

Well I just had my first run at Redbet (also my first NetEnt session with real money). It was fun, even though I never even came close to win anything. I'm having a horrible gambling week overall. At least I got some playtime while betting very low, unlike my previous 32red session.
