Software Complaint Red Rabbit....Sooo Slow

They lag something awful here too. I play there and bear through it because of the 100% promos and under 24 hr WDs.

Not good enough IMO.

I've now spent 28 mins trying to load a game, and the only one I could is an MGS original. The ones from other suppliers will not load due to a "syntax error". If I wanted to play just mGS I would go to 32Red. I came to RR because of the different games.

GRRRR. Never again.

they have a good support so do check with em

which game was you trying to play i will give it a try

lol, my lag is a few seconds, nowhere near the time you're experiencing.

I briefly had a RR account back in December, same here. Games were slow, and spins lagged badly taking up to 10 secs for each one to complete/download. I haven't played there since. I did this on a new latest-spec laptop, so my end not the cause.

It helps knowing which accounts have this issue.

Dion, have you also experienced the long load time, or the slow reels?

Me_and_ed, sorry to hear that, I was convinced that was settled. Since there are more people with the same problem now, I will reopen the 'case'.
