She was last on here replying to a pm from me where I reminded her that she promised to reply in another thread. The one about them leaving Australia.
She promised to come back. That was late Monday.

It wasn't important to me so I don't mind waiting.
I do mind if they promise to answer a question in a thread and then don't, or if other members are waiting for replies.
Please don't build up anything now. I'm sure she will be back...soon
My withdrawal stuck been 17 days, no idea where the money gone! and seems nobody interested to help me, not either Guts CSR. Bravo!

Every rep needs to respond to private messages in a timely manner. This doesn't mean the matter is solved, but at least acknowledged.

Inteaz, you are new here, send a polite quick follow up pm today around noon, which should be before the weekend begins in Europe. If you scroll down before sending your PM, you can check a box to request a read receipt. That way you will know if Rosie has even checked her email. Reps receive a notice when a PM is sent, so they can log in and read it. They don't need to log in and check daily to see if they have something.

That would be a harder course to pass than the British s.a.sEvery new Rep of any Casino should take a day before together with Dan. to make him/her more qualified for the Job !

by far the worst rigging action i ever witnessed in my whole life, we talking about dealer winning 12 times in a row on live blackjack table.... 4 of those times i had 20 and dealer managed to get 21, pulled a magic rigged stick out his arse!
slots - same old rig patterns, alot of input and F all output.
and to top it all off.... they banned me after i lost £10k because i asked for a bonus to deposit again and mentioned hopefully i will win some of my losses back.
SCUM BAGS, stay away from GUTS
I can see lot of happy threads about Guts lately so i though i better share my experience. I made 2 deposit after not played at Guts for a very long time. I took the 40% deposit bonus and 15 spins next day and first made a deposit for that. After busting out it was way past midnight. I saw that Phantom Of the Opera promotion and though ok why not lets deposit the minimum £10 and have another bash. At least i have secured 10 spins when its released.
Only to find out yesterday that Net Ent got problems with release. But Guts solved it nicely with giving spins on a different slot. I checked and had no spins so contacted support.
Here I find out NO you do not qualify as your deposit was made on 17/7 not on 18/7 as promotion started there.
I only just then discovered that in promotion terms well hidden away it states that UTC time i used and not CET which was a normality at most casinos. So when i made deposit at exact midnight UK time (00.00) on 18/7 which is 01:00 CET. Instead that deposit counted as it was done 23:00 on 17/8.......
Funny thing is the internal time which shows at their website shows CET which is 1 hour later than UK time. When i made deposit it was 01:00 but in their world it is 23:00 UTC time. Can someone tell me why in the world do they not show UTC time then and the time that promotions run after???????
I then kindly asked live chat if they could not please credit me the 10 spins since i made 2 deposit and my last deposit of £10 should had qualified and even if they dispute it surely they could handover 10 spins worth a MASSIVE FREAKING £2....answer was NO.......i tried nicely again with some chitchat.....NO you made deposit on 17/8 at 23:00 so you do not qualify..... I gave up the fight.
So long Guts you will not be missed your ship is sinking and Tony/Ben left it just in time
