I need help with videoslots

Sorry for my bad english

So it all started with me playing on Videoslots and won like 200 and withdraw that money, Everything was going fine, 2 hours later i tried to login to my account and what i got was a pop up where it says ‘’Your account has been disabled for a reason. Please contact customer service contact support, for more information’’ So i did that 25 days ago and all i got was infor about my account is going through a security check, Now it's been 25 days without a word from them and when i try to ask when my account is going to be open they keep saying you have to wait, I know for a fact that i did not break a rule and when i tried to push a bit about what i said, They just said that i am not the only one who is waiting, And that shit got me mad, So you telling me that it's not only me who is waiting 25+ days the is more accounts who is waiting 25+ days, So today i asked about my money on they site and asked them to just withdraw the money from my account because i am not gonna play on video slots anymore, And all i got was you have to wait for you account to be open before you can withdraw that money. I need help with this and i don’t know what to do now
