I messaged yitz ages ago, he never bothered to respond. Betspin closed my account as apparently they needed kyc, there live chat informed me to send it to guts....so I did. Guts then tell me my account there is closed and it's pointless me Contacting them and to contact betspin again, which I did via email, got no reply.
But my account strangely reopened.
To be brutally honest I don't think they have a clue what's going on.

This is something Bryan needs to address asap,
it has been going on way to long, rep is gone for months then when Bryan gives him a nod
he comes in here with all kinda excuses, promises better days, be more around new rep etc
nothing happens not good at all for a casino with 9.8 in ratings

It has been quiet with complaint since February so I guess Yits haven't thought much about this place. He promised back then that there would be a new rep but I guess noone still wants the job :)

Support doesn't have to know what CM is. It would be nice if they did but my guess is that it's not a part of their education, and most of the staff at casinos does not know. There are a lot of forums out there and they can't keep track of them all.

I haven't had any issues with Guts but my feeling is that it's working a lot better and I actually likes their promotions.

It's Saturday so no matter what we'll have to wait for next week before either Bryan or Yits can do anything.


Edit: Both Ben and Tony is still working in the company, but not specificly with Guts.

I stopped playing at GUTS a few months ago after the ownership changed.

I regularly took the Monday 40% bonus and others when offered, but also deposited without a bonus at times.

After 3 separate deposits of $100 without a bonus they sent me an email saying I was taking bonuses too often and I was bonus banned. Havent played there again since. I thought they were too tight with their bonuses anyway so being banned was a complete joke. Who cares as there are much better casinos online IMO.

Having ignorant customer service is one thing, that's where the rep is supposed to come in. Yet as Yits is not actually interested in this role either, I feel the 9.8 rating is somewhat farcical.

That's saying Guts present an almost flawless service. Then you may as well give other good casinos 11/10 because the ratings don't seem to mean much, and discredit Casinomeister's entire award system in the long run.

As much as Guts is among my "most played" I have to agree with OP.

There is no excuse for poor customer service, whatever happened to "The Customer is always right" guess that
is a long dead statement lol.

I really like Yit's, he has helped and understood my various problems over time served but yes disappeared into the Bermuda Triangle of late.

I have had several PM's as well as personal e-mails unanswered, I drop polite reminders and they too join the others in the dark realms of Cyberspace :(

A simple "Hi Jon, can't do anything today but will get on the case" response would suffice but being totally blanked joins my top 3 of "pet hates" sadly!

Usually I'd vote with my wallet and go elsewhere but as has been mentioned I do like their promos and game catalogue.

IMO CM contributes a lot when it comes to players making their choice of where to play so worth its weight in gold, to summarise these problems need addressing in the coming days as this has gone on way too long.

i wouldn't worry i had my account closed down far too many problems , after the problem with the new game to which they couldnt see the problem even after i reported it many times , its just going down hill quickly , like i said a long time ago , without Ben at the helm the casino has very much gone down hill, Yits doesnt do his job properly in here , i pointed this out a very long time ago & many players came in & stuck up for them , what goes around comes around & i hate to say i told you so , op best thing is to leave them , the don't care about their players any longer it's all about money !

I agree. Hopefully people report these issues to Bryan so he knows whats going on.

Its unfair to casino's like videoslots and reps like Dan who work really hard for their rating for guts to just get a pass because of what they once were.

Proper ratings do matter. Myself and many others use this as a guide when choosing where to place their money and expect results that reflect their score.

Yits hasn't been a decent rep on here for months and months now, the fact he hasn't been on for 3 months now shows it too.

Quite a few casinos seem to have reps who are on every day when they are looking to start out and become accredited, which is fair enough, but they should login each day still, it takes 30 seconds to click a link in favourites, and see if there are new PM's. and then maybe a little more time to answer any if needed.9.8 for a casino that has no rep (well as good as) and has major problems with lagging and disconnected games, and has for a long time, is far too high.

There should maybe be a review of casinos every 12 months or so, once they get a high score they never seem to change, look at casumo and the spam, completely against the terms to be accredited but they don't care, nor do other casino's once they get the rating they want.

As someone said, its not fair on the casinos like VS who do keep a daily presence on here and sort problems quickly and without fuss.

Guts started as a great great casino but once they got enough people (money?) they figured they dont need to be that good anymore :confused:

i havent really played there for more than a year now, ever since they decided to make good events/offers available to few selected countries only.

I mean id much rather have casino tell me they dont want my money and block access alltogether, so i cant play there but what some casinos are doing is just ridiculous... they do want your money and it is as good as money from people from those few countries, as long as you play without bonus and dont expect to participate in any of the good promotions its all fine :eek2:

IF only more people were to vote with their wallets, things would most likely change. Im not even talking about guts per se, just casinos in general.

i really dont think how a casino that focuses on something like 8 countries when it comes to promotions and has inactive rep should have 9,8 rating either. When people compare its rating its same as Videoslots and VS has rep that basically lives here, and they have a bunch of kinks that guts doesnt (tourneys, cashback, etc).

Not sure how does that work but i dont think rating should be permanent because obviously casinos can get better, which rarely happens, or worse and sadly once casinos grow big enough that happens more often than not.

Absolutely. The customer service is a joke.
And the rewards system here is farcical at best.
As previously said I've had betspin tell me they need kyc (which they had) then tell me to send it to guts, which i did even though yits closed my account for no reason at all, to be told to re email betspin which I did to get no reply then to have my betspin account reopened.
They also took 2 weeks at guts to reply to a simple question via email. There rating is nothing short of a monty python sketch.

Once they are accredited I'm quite sure cm will protect that contract for a while.
They shouldn't be anymore, they have no reason to be.
And the fact as you mention regarding casumo also, once accredited it serves cm a purpose and the casino to.
The silence on the spam thread speaks volumes.
The only reason they are allowed to get away with it on here is they are allowed to.

I stopped playing guts cos of issue problem so I have gone for Rizk instead of guts for now. Rizk seems much better place than Guts and also videoslots is much better. Slotsmillion is great but do not play playtech, often problem with hang, crash, stalling and you miss the winning from hang/crash and stalling, stay away from it. Use other games than playtech with Slotsmillion is fine.
