I messaged yitz ages ago, he never bothered to respond. Betspin closed my account as apparently they needed kyc, there live chat informed me to send it to guts....so I did. Guts then tell me my account there is closed and it's pointless me Contacting them and to contact betspin again, which I did via email, got no reply.Who on earth is the rep these days?
Live chat doesn't know who casinomeister is let alone who the rep is - and to cap off they do not know who is Guts.com Casino Manager - In fact she didnt even know who her line manager is, so Pop on here check Yits profile not active since FEB.
Feels like Guts is being held together with Sticky Tape!!!
I'll explain whats gone on a bit later because right now I am too bloody annoyed! However firstly I need to find out if anybody from Guts.com is bothering to represent Guts here because if not - Guts will be finding theselves crossed right off my Christmas List!!!

Having ignorant customer service is one thing, that's where the rep is supposed to come in. Yet as Yits is not actually interested in this role either, I feel the 9.8 rating is somewhat farcical.
That's saying Guts present an almost flawless service. Then you may as well give other good casinos 11/10 because the ratings don't seem to mean much, and discredit Casinomeister's entire award system in the long run.
Plus this is never ending and has just turned a nice calm Saturday afternoon in to RAGE

Once they are accredited I'm quite sure cm will protect that contract for a while.Yits hasn't been a decent rep on here for months and months now, the fact he hasn't been on for 3 months now shows it too.
Quite a few casinos seem to have reps who are on every day when they are looking to start out and become accredited, which is fair enough, but they should login each day still, it takes 30 seconds to click a link in favourites, and see if there are new PM's. and then maybe a little more time to answer any if needed.9.8 for a casino that has no rep (well as good as) and has major problems with lagging and disconnected games, and has for a long time, is far too high.
There should maybe be a review of casinos every 12 months or so, once they get a high score they never seem to change, look at casumo and the spam, completely against the terms to be accredited but they don't care, nor do other casino's once they get the rating they want.
As someone said, its not fair on the casinos like VS who do keep a daily presence on here and sort problems quickly and without fuss.

Actually, yes, I do review the scores regularly - and I try to update these as changes occur. Guts got dinged .5 points today for their lack of participation. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
As for the other scores, I try as often as possible to keep this updated. And yes, it's a good idea to set aside another section of the forum to track this. I am waiting for more upgrading of the site before getting into this. Meister Minions will be involved with this as well.
As for Guts presence in the forum, I have been assured that this is being addressed and we will see some effort here.
