True if a problem gambler is intent on gambling they will find an outlet. However with the new blanket SE option coming into effect next year it at least gives people the option to try help them stay away. They are no such safety nets in the bookmakers. Im all for gambling but these machines do not even give a fair game. I know your a dev of slots and no doubt will come back with maths model of them being random and so on and i dont doubt it (even though some slots offline are clearly compensated )
They are crap machines, built in a dreadful way which sucker people in, and the placement of the bookmakers on the high streets just because they can get up to 4 terminals per shop is so damn clear. In some cases the same bookmakers ... further down the street. They target deprived areas (even though they will deny this naturally) personally I would like to see them off the high street and see the bookmakers return to what they were. Dogs / Nags and so on.
If you don't play them how could you possibly know?
And what slot machine isn't built to sucker people in? A bad one?
