Dear All

Signed up at Grand Maca Casino and got their no deposit bonus of 20 dollars. Made that 20 into 954 usd. Problem is when I contacted them they said that all I have to do is deposit 21 dollars and withdraw 121 dollars. 5x no deposit bonus = 100 + 21 deposit. Asked them what happens to my balance profit. Couldn't really understand what they said. Spoke of wagering 30 times deposit etc etc. If someone can please help me out in this matter. Probably have faced the same situation?

Thanks for all the help.

Hi and welcome to Casinomeisters,

Are you new to on-line gaming?

Most of the time a no-deposit-sign-up bonus has strings attached.

They average anywhere from 20x to 60x wagering, with some give and take

depending on the casino.

What they told you is:

Now that you played the freebie, in order for you to withdraw ANY of the winnings from

that bonus, you must first make a deposit and wager that deposit, it appears,

30x.

THEN, you will be able to withdraw 5x the original bonus and the amount of your

deposit. (That doesn't look correct, but I am sure someone here will correct me)

Usually the deposit requirement is a means of getting verification that you are

who you say you are. That along with documentation, i.e. photo ID, passport, credit

card info, and possibly a utility bill, all stating your info provided is correct.

The above is almost ALWAYS required prior to a withdrawal from any casino.

I hope this helped!

P.S. I forgot, also, most, if not all casinos have a withdrawal limit on a freebie. You can hit the

jackpot, but they will still only give you $xx.00 amount for a withdrawal on a "sign-up" freebie.
