Hi all.

I am new to this forum - 1 day old, actually - and I am really happy to come across such a forum. So, nice to meet you all :)

I deposited $125 at High Rollers and got the $125 bonus. As soon as I met the wagering requirements, my bank account was at $250. So, I decided to withdraw.

My withdrawal was pending for 7 business days - then, it was declined. I found out so, by checking the cashier. I didn't receive ANY emails.

I emailed them, but I got no answer.I called them (I come from Greece, by the way) and the guy I talked to gave me this explanation:

"Our staff didn't check your request in time,so your money was transferred back to your account. Try withdrawing again, you should have no problems".

I did try again , but my withdrawal was declined once more, 7 business days later.

A week ago, I tried withdrawing a part of my winnings ($130). My withdrawal is still pending. I guess it will be declined too.

Can anyone, including this forum's webmasters or you,the players, help me out on this one?

PS I found out yesterday (better late than never) that High Rollers is considered to be "blacklisted". I also checked another post in this forum, regarding Crystal Palace Casino (owned by the same owner as High Rollers):

"Crystal palace is an Oliver Curran joint. Your money is gone. You won't get it back. Chalk it up to a lesson learned, and don't play at any casino associated with him."

So , is there any way I could try to get my money back?

If you were accused of bonus abusing, you would have received your Neteller deposit back at least (assuming you used Neteller). Ask them specifically what is wrong.

Also since this is an RTG casino, you should contact Montana Disputes (in the MUST READ section: Old URL)

You could PAB, but I am getting ready to head to Vegas and won't get to it for a couple of weeks.

Thanks a lot for your help. I e-mailed them once, but I got no answer.

I will try again - and try the Montana dispute thing as well . Thanks a lot

By the way, what is a "RTG" site, and how do you know that HighRollers is one of them?

PS I just called them again, and -guess what- they've given me another explanation. I haven't fulifilled the wagering requirent, because 1 dollar-bet at BJ equals for 50cents for the wagering requirement.

It doesn't say so at the promotions' terms though... (

RTG merely stands for RealTimeGaming - it's their software provider. One way you can tell is by looking at the games they have to offer (Good to Be Bad, etc.,). RTG sites can be problematic since there are some dodgy operators out there. take a look at this:

As a SafeBet certified casino, our games are independently tested by a respected, non-profit gaming organization. Membership requires fair play and sufficient resources to operate at the highest standards

Safebet was a fake watchdog site (set up by RTG in the old days) and a couple of years ago they let the domain name lapse and it was picked up by a webmaster who has merely a message board there. For a casino to claim NOW that it is Safebet "certified" just goes to show they are either careless or don't give a flying rat's ass about the truthfulness on their website.

If you have a problem with them, go to Montana.

That's news to me. I know that there were plans for an application, but I haven't heard anything. If it is true, Kahnawake is getting sloppy. No one should have a "Safebet" logo on their site.

I also think that this excuse is crap, but...How can I ask Montana for help since I haven't met their so - called "wagering requirements" yet?...

Hehe, i like that "Click to verify authenticity" banner they have, which sends you to that advertisment website. Great authenticity!!

If they didn't abide by their posted Terms and Conditions, you ought to complain about that right?

However, note this in their terms:
"In order to cash in the bonus, you need to cash in a total amount greater than the sum of the purchase and the bonus. This means that you will only be able to cash in the bonus (or part thereof) if you make a profit on the bonus. If your profit is less than the amount of the bonus, this amount will be credited back to your casino account for you to play with. If you lose more than the amount of the bonus no restrictions will be imposed on your cash-in, other than the wager requirements noted above. For example, if you purchase US$100 and receive a bonus of US$100, then a cash-in of US$190 will result in US$90 being returned to your casino account, and you will only be able to cash-in again once your balance exceeds US$100 (being the amount of the bonus received)."

You might want to use Martingale to get your balance up to $251 and try cashing out again. I'm not sure if "greater than" means "strictly greater than" or "greater than or equal to".

There is no mention of ANY restrictions on Blackjack in their T&C's.
If you are certain you have wagered more than $1,750 ((D+B)x7) then go to Montana.

But as roal said - the T&C's say you must have MORE than $250 in your account - you may be forced to try to get to $251+
My advice - NEVER use martingale method!
Good luck!

Could someone explain to me the Martingale method? :what: :what:

PS I just found out, I suppose it's the "Bet 1 on red,if you lose then bet 2,if you lose then bet 3and so on"...

Martingale method involves placing bets on even money (or close to it) outcomes, like black/red on roulette.

You bet an initial amount, say $1. If you win, bet $1 again, if you lose double your bet the next time, and if you lose again double it again the next time etc, each time you win you'll be getting $1 back. It would of course work, assuming an infinite bankroll, if such games didn't have betting limits, but they do. You can find yourself betting thousands to win $1 which isn't a nice place to be, and you DO frequently see 10 or more all the same colour on a roulette table etc.

That said, if you're a small amount under a withdrawable amount, it'd PROBABLY work, so maybe not horrible advice in that situation, but a horrible system generally, and the house edge remains the same in the long run.

when you loose you double your bet and so on as long as you have no money or reached the table limit.
1-2-4-8-16-32...

Yep,thanks a lot both of you...

Speaking of this method,I was wondering if there is actually a trustworthy betting system for Roulette..

But I guess that's another story

No, there isn't

There are a few systems a bit less brutal than martingale, that might be better for that situation, but I can't remember which - can't lower the house edge whatever you do tho, can only change the variance

"raol" ;)

Sure, never use the martingale system expecting to make a profit from it, but if you need to gain just one betting unit it is not bad, since it will give a very high probability of doing so.

Really?

Not that I can see.

One of the terms of licensing is that you have the standard 'Kahnawake' logo linking to their site on your homepage.

That isn't there.

Nor can I see any reference to them in the site.

Further, they aren't listed as a permit holder on the kahnawake website.

There is High Rollers Club Casino, but that's a different site, nothing to do with RTG at all - it's sports interaction.

I was reffering to the high rollers club casino with has the 'Kahnawake' logo and is licenced in north America. It's a proper casino not sports interaction as far as i can tell.
