Not sure if I should be annoyed or not. I have been trying for the past week to contact Powerbet casino's service department regarding a withdrawal I have requested. I was abloe to correspond with service department last wednesday multiple times, however I have sent at least 6 emails from one an account and another email from another email account since then. I have received no more responses. My questions always have to do with asking them if all my documents are in order, and when can expect to see my withdrawal. I have also asked why none of their telephone numbers listed on their website and faxback form are woking. I have never received an answer to this, nor any phone numbers I would be able to call.

I made my first withdrawal request two weeks ago, that was kicked out on the first working day with no reason as to why. I did get a response when I emailed about that and they told me I did not have the documents I needed. I emailed them everything and they said they were received and would be processed. That is the last I heard from them. I made another withdrawal request for 600 dollars last wednesday. I reversed that withdrawal on saturday and made a new withdrawal for 500 dollars because their website stated that money from bonuses could not over 500 dollars. When I asked support about this earlier, they said I could withdraw any amount once the requirements had been met. I am not sure what to think at this point and my guess is that I should not be worried until a week has gone by with no action on their part for my request. However it is only supposed to take 24 hours to complete a request and my first request was sitting in hold for 3 days before i pulled it back and made the new one.
    Any advice?

They are still RTG and they weren't listed on any of the casinos who are members here. Still no replies from anyone. I even tried emailing the service rep at Portvale LTD, which is their parent company. No reply from there either. I don't know the protocol on the PAB and thought I might be hasty in trying to make the complaint now, but after reading so many other similar stories in the other threads, maybe it wouldn't be. Would I have luck complaining to Montana at this point or should I give them more time?

    dispute

I suggest filing a dispute with You must register/login in order to see the link. its a dispute resolution service for the software (Realtime Gaming).

I guess I was hoping that I could find a way to talk to someone higher up at their casino before filing the dispute. I see that on one of the earlier disputes, there was a lot of communication with someone by the name of Tracy.

    Still no reply

So it has been a weel and a half now and all of my emails are still going unanswered, regardless of what email account I send them from. I finally sent them a letter saying that if nothing happened with my withdrawal by monday I would start filing formal complaints. I sent that on wednesday and still no reponse to that one either. I hope, Bryan, if you see them at the expose, you can ask them what the hell is up with their support personal. I've started playing at INETBET and Maple casinos, and I think that from now on, if they don't come recommended from this site, they are not getting my money. They also need to remove all of these non-working numbers from their website, especially the one on their faxback from. Whoever holds that number now is getting an awful lot of faxes from Powerbet customers. Let's just hope they don't hook it up to a fax machine, that would be a windfall of credit card numbers and personal information for the person.

    resolved

They sent my 500 dollars to neteller today although I still have had no response from the support department. The phone number issue still concerns me, but at least I got paid.

LuvClubbin, have I missed something? How do you know the fax number on the faxback form is not working?

I faxed them my faxback form to that number and it cost me a pretty penny as I faxed it from Australia - are you saying that they haven't even received it?

I emailed them 3 days ago asking if they have received my documents but have still received no reply - are they only staffed a couple days a week or something?

    that's right

No, it doesn't work. Before I faxed the documents, I called the number on the faxback form. It took me to a voicemail or something like that. I scanned and emailed my documents into the casino. None of their listed phone numbers will connect you to their casino.

I have also been trying to reach their support by email for almost two weeks. I think they ignore emails that have antything to do with withdrawals and confirmations or somthing. I have emailed them over 11 times since the 1st with no response whatsoever.

You should scan your documents and send them to the accounting department. If you make a requst to withdraw before friday, you should see it by the end of the day friday. If not, raise a stink.
