Not sure if I should be annoyed or not. I have been trying for the past week to contact Powerbet casino's service department regarding a withdrawal I have requested. I was abloe to correspond with service department last wednesday multiple times, however I have sent at least 6 emails from one an account and another email from another email account since then. I have received no more responses. My questions always have to do with asking them if all my documents are in order, and when can expect to see my withdrawal. I have also asked why none of their telephone numbers listed on their website and faxback form are woking. I have never received an answer to this, nor any phone numbers I would be able to call.
I made my first withdrawal request two weeks ago, that was kicked out on the first working day with no reason as to why. I did get a response when I emailed about that and they told me I did not have the documents I needed. I emailed them everything and they said they were received and would be processed. That is the last I heard from them. I made another withdrawal request for 600 dollars last wednesday. I reversed that withdrawal on saturday and made a new withdrawal for 500 dollars because their website stated that money from bonuses could not over 500 dollars. When I asked support about this earlier, they said I could withdraw any amount once the requirements had been met. I am not sure what to think at this point and my guess is that I should not be worried until a week has gone by with no action on their part for my request. However it is only supposed to take 24 hours to complete a request and my first request was sitting in hold for 3 days before i pulled it back and made the new one.
Any advice?
