I'd like to tell you what happened to me today. I deposited 30 EUR at Casumo and claimed 30 spins on Poltava, which was offered to me by Casumo. I played the spins and triggered the bonus round with the 3 lions, i can even remeber their exact positions when they triggered. It was a diagonal from left bottom to top right. So the bonus played quite good giving me about 14 quid on a 20 cent bet (as this was free spins from Casumo, it was of course min bet). Everything seemed fine, but when i finished the 30 free games only about 3 quid (which were winnings from the other 29 spins) were credited to my account. I immediately contacted support to demand clarification, but they just said all they see was freespin winnings of 3 quid so they escalated this matter to the game provider (Nyx).
I just received an answer from a representative of Casumo that they had been contacted by the game provider and the answer was that there was no bonus round or any freespin winnings of 14 quid, implying that i made this up. Just for your information, the 30 deposit was going pretty well and im way up on it, so I have no reason to make up stories to gain an extra 14 quid. Im losing a bit of faith in the gaming industry in this very moment. I once had an error on a netent game which could however be resolved after they checked their logs.
This time Im just left with a sour feeling that what you see is apparently not always what you get.
