Be Aware Poker Loco won't discuss player issues

We've been working on a PAB regarding Poker Loco -- player withdrawal of $5800 unpaid -- and have been informed that they won't cooperate on player issues, no exceptions:

We apply the same policies as BWIN and Betfair since they are both part of
the Ongame network and we have a strong cooperation with each other's
risk-departments.

Be Aware: Bwin and Betfair are both on the No-Can-Do List, Poker Loco should likewise be considered NCD.
