Really? Maybe that's just for US players, Bryan. I see that they are directed to a separate software download now at Sunny Group sites. However, the non-US download appears to still be Playtech software. Also, the Playtech banner is still being used on the games preview page.

But I play without bonuses in many playtech casinos for extra security.
And the major point is, what happens with the specific cases of players who have problems. If the players dont update their cases, we cant know of the changes in the playtech arena.

In request of some people I copy here the blacklists of Playtech. This blacklist are automatic, if you are in one you will be banned of most of Playtechs.

All I know so far about them is that they are new and they started with a frustrating trick by promising new players a 50$ bonus supposed to last till 5 March, but after a few days they denied the offer!
I have also opened an account without getting the bonus although I was promised that by email

At least they published after a few days on their site that the offer is temporarily closed...

XXL snatched my withdrawal of 564 in January and only gave back my deposit of 200. I have never had any problems like this, and I thought them to be reputable. I guess not. I have sent them over ten e-mails and they have only answerered to about half of them and will not give me a specific reason why they chose to ban me. Instead I get this ignored and generic e-mails like this:

We have received your email regarding your account and we would like to
take this opportunity to inform you that we are closing your gaming account
with us. It may be due to a number of reasons including (but not limited to)
the following:1. Previous activity in the gaming industry and/or affiliated casinos2. Previous activity with regards to banking and/or credit card
systems

We have removed from your account the winnings amounting
to 364.00 as per Management's decision.

Ok, if I win at a casino or take advantage of bonuses please feel free to ban me AFTERWARDS you have paid me if you think I am not a good customer.

If you ban me and snatch my winnings then that is unacceptable. I have gave them over a month to pay me but still nothing.

They are fair. They sent you money back, most casinos, when close accounts
take all your money

As I signed before a month, I sent them an email to check their support.
No reply, I sent again... no reply and just from curiosity I sent them the same email from 3 different computers about 10 times totally. Guess what?
No reply.
Of course I didn't deposit at all.
Today I saw the rogue section and I can fully understand the case.
