Playojo - withdrawal

it's very unusual for ojo to be like that, iam Canadian and to get withdraw in under 24hrs is why I play there. also ok chat is not 24hrs but when they are on they fix what ever issues I have which is hardly none except when freespins you get dont work. boom go on chat fixed, ojo been good to me.

i dont know if its my computer but chat is very slow and when they pass you to another op you have to go through everything you have spent the last 20 minutes talking with previous rep,why they cannot pass chat log over i dont know,i must admit they are very very slow at addressing an issue though,and updates on what is happening forget it.
 
so weird, ive w/d twice in the past two weeks, both times things went very fast. They don't process on the weekend, but other than that easy peasy…..CS was a breeze too....sorry to hear you are going through that with them. I know they are sticklers for ID and docs being in color...not sure if that is the issue here.

no the problem is there was a letter L missing from post code/zip,but i want to know why this was not picked up when they verified docs why wait till withdrawal to highlight prob why not tell me when i was depositing in the following 2 weeks.
 
all i request is service and an explanation as to WHY when they had my docs verified they did not ask the question then or is it we will save that problem for when a withdrawal is made still happy to take deposits though.and i appreciate that some people dont work sunday,but at least on next working day they let you know what they are doing is that not providing a service.and will you stop using the word fraud thanks
generally speaking, this is a public fourm. the reps are afaik not expected or required to reply within the time-frame you seem to expect.

instant replies are always better from support, as for extra checks they will take their time.

i dont expect instant response but if you think 5days without info or courtesy to say they are looking into complaint is ok rock on.
 
hi all update just had email from ojo management apologiseing for the events that occured on 8/2/2020 that the verification was not in line with our usual and quick processing times,and we have restored the amount back into your account that you were trying to withdraw.a result i was not expecting as that was not my goal i just wanted to know why this happened.but thanks to ojo and Krystal the rep. so this is now resolved.
 
playojo are slow as anything same with all their sister casinos. However, it does seem now that they require verification before depositing which is a good thing. I don't play their much but they don't let me deposit through paypal anymore and have never given a reason why...
