went to make my first withdrawal at playojo saturday could not as it kept saying docs required,went on to live chat and spent almost 30 mins talking to two different people,when one passes you to another you have to go through it all again why why they cannot pass chat over with info already given.said there was a problem i had changed my details,no i had not docs were verified 2 weeks ago,did not tell me what problem was just told me to check details in account and get back to them when confirmed,well on that long wife was shouting your meal is ready so had to cut chat off.went back later onto chat went through it all again only to be told there is one letter missing from postage address,surely when they check docs they would have seen mistake and informed me but no.chat then said you will have to wait for relevant department to send email to veryfie docs,waited 24 hours still no response,so like an idiot carried on playing and lost.so congrats ojo the delaying tactic worked.oh by the way missing letter was L.
