Casino delaying the inevitable they either pay or don’t/won’t 50/50 heads or tails you’ve done all you can and I commend you for trying and the senior members who have pointed you in the right direction fingers crossed you might be one of the lucky ones which is very doubtful 99% of the time!!

Hence, we can assume that William Dornat might not exist as the answers are too generic and general. They look more like templates.

Well, they at least bought themselves another week, which is pretty pathetic as you do not need 3 weeks to investigate winnings of 50K, no way.

I would still be surprised to see them pay anything. As for Curacao answering, yeah, they started at least with that but their decisions are in the absolute majority for the casino and against the player. So, I assume they don't really check/investigate. There are cases (well, I saw one, so there might be more) where they found for the player and the casino just stopped reacting. Don't know how it ended.

I think there may have been a typo or misprint with regards to the surname here....

"Doormat" is a common English term used for those who get all the general crap thrown in their direction, in this guys case, complaints!

Someone should track down the real William Doormat , or trace the picture to whatever stock photo library it came from ...

It is obviously one random name that all the customer service people use .

like all the Microsoft engineers from America (India) called Steve and John wanting remote access to your computer

They said they suspected and were confident or fraud. You won’t be getting your winnings. They suggest they’ll refund your deposits. You’re lucky.

I presumed he meant my deposit - but I will ask for clarity.

Oh yes, looks like that when read second email as well :( Kind of joke if they are not asked to provide any reasoning to regulator either... which proves how useful these regulators there in Curacao make themselves if just saying "We feel there is fraud and/or collusion in here and not therefore not paying any winnings." gives them right to confiscate winnings.
