Hi,
Received an email about PlayGrand Casino (Claim they're a new casino) on the 6'th of Sept 2013, offering me a $20 no deposit and a 200% welcome bonus. After I sign-up, message tells me I'll receive an activation link to verify my email address. So I wait, and wait but no email. Support is not 24/7, so finally today I get in contact with them.
Well I'm told, sorry the free $20 has expired but we can now give you 250% welcome bonus instead of 200%.
Live chat:
Hi Sean, how are you?

I didn't received the verification email
joined over 24 hours ago and no it's not in my spam folder
Sean just a moment please
hi and welcome, your account has been activated
so I can login in now and the $20 no deposit, is that also in my account now?
Sean oh sorry about the promo
Unfortunately, this offer has expired. The good news is that it's not too late receive your exclusive Welcome Offer. For a limited time you will receive 250% instead of the regular 200% match up to a maximum bonus of £250.
For example, if you deposit £50 you will receive a casino bonus of £125 - that's £175 to play with.
~ End Live Chat ~
I think the email notification is a load of bollocks and so too is the free $20. Both are designed purely to get players to sign-up and then hit them with a bait and switch.
I also thought maybe it's an affiliate sending out this mailer but I checked and there is no link on site to an affiliate program. My guess, it's PlayGrand Casino sending out these mailers. Where they got my email from, who knows.
