Playboom casino making a withdrawal hard

Imagine you playing somewhere and win, you withdrew 3 times before. The 3rd time they told you that you need a Dutch IBAN, I tell them that iban discrimination is not allowed in the EU. They proceed to pay out. The 4th time they do the same trick but this time they stall way longer, put your balance back every time. The responsible gambling tool doesn't work. You relapse while all you wanted is to cash out.
 
Yes, it's bad.

Assuming you mean the casino is unlicensed and based in Costa Rica, I don't think you have any method of recourse.

It's the typical cautionary tale for playing offshore. I feel for you, really do.
I saw them on casino.guru and thought that they were a trustworthy casino. Gravely mistaken. They paid out fast the first 2 times. The thing is I deposited all my winnings back to them and now I don't even have my own money anymore. So if they do not come clean I will have to ask my bank to charge back. As this is actually fraud to withhold someone's money won fair and square. Deposited over 4000 with them and my additional winnings were 4500 so that means that if they never were gonna pay out a 4th time they also stole my deposit.

Often the story with these rogue outfits and many of the ones who claim to do things right.

Pay the first couple of withdrawals and then block the big wins. It's a disgusting way to conduct business. They should have lower bet limits if they won't pay out. Fly by night cowboys who won't be around in the long run.

They even told me that it was a miscommunication and it was all good. After coming up to 4400 I wanted to cash out and they reversed it was lucky on lightning Roulette and set in a withdrawal for 8500 with that wager limit of 10 euro. Because I know that I can get carried away sometimes, so that was supposed to protect me. Well it didn't..

Well apparently our Rules are unworthy of your attention so yes, you're welcome to take your issue elsewhere. The Rules are there for a reason and are not optional. You've ignored them all ... and so shit happens.

On the other hand if you'd care to apologize for making a mess of the forums with your three threads on this same subject AND wasting our time regarding the PAB them maybe we can come to an understanding.

Yeah, all these days have been rough on me. I'm sorry man. It's like I'm running in circles. You can delete or hide this thread. I'm not trying to be a bigot in any way. Just a bit desperate.
 
PAB ended. Playboom has not responded to Max. They ignore me too when I write them. Playboom simply doesn't care and this means I will warn people everywhere on the worldwide net about them. They look trustworthy when you look at the games they offer. But it's all a farce. This was their chance to show that they are willing to solve customers complaints even with the Costa Rican ''license'' to gain more trust from potential players.
