Playboom casino making a withdrawal hard

I won nice amounts before on Playboom and withdrew them without hassle (800) and (1300), yesterday I deposited 500 euro and managed to climb up to 3700 suddenly Playboom claims that withdrawals to my Revolut bank account I used before in the beginning to make deposits and withdrawals is not allowed to be used for this withdrawal. A Dutch bank account is ''mandatory'' they said. I do not have a Dutch bank account because something happened in the past with my bank account and I was blamed for it. So I use Revolut for everything, never heard about this mandatory bank account rule and I know it's bogus.
Can anyone help me with this?

No idea if you have any success with a company registered in Curacao but in the EU it's illegal.
The thing is I withdrew to Revolut before on Playboom 2 days ago, this all started after winning 3700 euro. It’s like they wanna stall pay out so I play the winnings. But that won’t happen.

I went to the live chat and this happened,

I do not believe this as no one told me this I withdrew 800 and 1300 and no one told me this till i win something above 2000 and now suddenly the rules change? Sure..

I don't know why they switched up on me, lost 500 euro yesterday, and won a nice amount back. What do you mean with difficulties?
The wording they used , they said they were having difficulties will all but Dutch banks. Not that you personally were banned or that’s how I read the text (or sub text)

Maybe ask for all available options and see if a cheque is available - ya catch more bees with honey ! be nice and they maybe more accommodating
 
That cash out was from the 6th, and it arrived today. Now they are telling me that it's mandatory to have a Dutch bank account for withdrawals, which doesn't make sense if the previous ones are paid out to Revolut. Gambled on a lot of websites and never heard that it's mandatory to have a specific bank.
 
Well if the terms state it’s mandatory , and a couple snuck through, you should be happy they did ; But it’s a tough argument, “yeah you screwed up twice before if that’s the case “ , “so can you do it again ?!?”

I'd seriously just consider opening an account surely you can do this online rather quickly? I feel like you issue would be resolved a lot quicker than giving live chat a hard time over it
 
I can't open a Dutch bank account cause something happened in the past and I got on a blacklist for 5 years. So I use Revolut for everything, from gambling to government related stuff. I wouldn't be here if it was that easy. And I'm not giving them a hard time I'm stating a fact and asking them where it's written, which no one can answer me.

For 3 days straight Playboom is reversing my withdrawals. I deposited thousands with my Revolut bank account and withdrew 3 times to it from Playboom. Had a nice winning streak on lightning Roulette and managed to get to 4400 euro and they simply refuse to pay out to my bank account. Telling me I need a Dutch iban while we already cleared that out the previous withdrawal. My winnings are held hostage as I keep hearing that they forwarded it to the withdrawals department but when I withdraw my balance gets put right back after hours of waiting. I put a loss limit of 10 and a wagering limit of 10 as you can see so that means I can't lose the 4400 euro as this is clearly a stall trick. Completely lost my trust in this casino. A few days ago I had the same problem with a 3700 euro withdrawal which was paid out eventually to my Revolut bank account. So I don't know what they are trying to do now.



Edit:

Spoke to another live agent who told me that there was a technical issue, which is something different. He told me to withdraw again and it will be processed with high priority. Did that and will see what happens now.

Played a lil bit more and was lucky made 4400 euro 8500, almost lost all my balance as I went down to 1700 euros but a lucky 100x on my 19 with 70 euro made my day! So I got 8500 in withdrawals waiting now.

Won 8500 euro on Playboom and set a wager limit of 10 euro. After waiting days for a withdrawal before I was told that there were problems but they would accept my withdrawals with high priority. Midnight I woke up with a heavy urge to play and pressed cancel on the wager limit and it immediately went away without cool off. I relapsed this midnight while I wanted to withdraw and close my account. But the previous days they kept putting back my balance and telling me I need a Dutch bank account to withdraw while I already withdrew to my Revolut 3 times. A live agent named Chris told me yesterday that I should ask for a withdrawal and they would approve me right away. It didn't happen. I feel like this casino stalled payment on purpose and turned off the cool off period after installing a wager limit which was 10 euro. It shouldn't be possible to remove a wager limit instantly..

Imagine you playing somewhere and win, you withdrew 3 times before. The 3rd time they told you that you need a Dutch IBAN, I tell them that iban discrimination is not allowed in the EU. They proceed to pay out. The 4th time they do the same trick but this time they stall way longer, put your balance back every time. The responsible gambling tool doesn't work. You relapse while all you wanted is to cash out.

Assuming you mean the casino is unlicensed and based in Costa Rica, I don't think you have any method of recourse.

It's the typical cautionary tale for playing offshore. I feel for you, really do.
I saw them on casino.guru and thought that they were a trustworthy casino. Gravely mistaken. They paid out fast the first 2 times. The thing is I deposited all my winnings back to them and now I don't even have my own money anymore. So if they do not come clean I will have to ask my bank to charge back. As this is actually fraud to withhold someone's money won fair and square. Deposited over 4000 with them and my additional winnings were 4500 so that means that if they never were gonna pay out a 4th time they also stole my deposit.

Often the story with these rogue outfits and many of the ones who claim to do things right.

Pay the first couple of withdrawals and then block the big wins. It's a disgusting way to conduct business. They should have lower bet limits if they won't pay out. Fly by night cowboys who won't be around in the long run.

They even told me that it was a miscommunication and it was all good. After coming up to 4400 I wanted to cash out and they reversed it was lucky on lightning Roulette and set in a withdrawal for 8500 with that wager limit of 10 euro. Because I know that I can get carried away sometimes, so that was supposed to protect me. Well it didn't..

Well apparently our Rules are unworthy of your attention so yes, you're welcome to take your issue elsewhere. The Rules are there for a reason and are not optional. You've ignored them all ... and so shit happens.

On the other hand if you'd care to apologize for making a mess of the forums with your three threads on this same subject AND wasting our time regarding the PAB them maybe we can come to an understanding.

PAB ended. Playboom has not responded to Max. They ignore me too when I write them. Playboom simply doesn't care and this means I will warn people everywhere on the worldwide net about them. They look trustworthy when you look at the games they offer. But it's all a farce. This was their chance to show that they are willing to solve customers complaints even with the Costa Rican ''license'' to gain more trust from potential players.
