phonecian cashout problem

i haven't received my cashout 24 hours later (neteller).
emails to support@phoeniciancasino.com have bounced and there is no phone #.

anyone else having problems?

Right now Phoenicians is undergoing a DDOS attack and are working very hard to sort it out. This has no effect whatsoever on their data bases, everyone's information and game history remains secure and untouched. DDos attacks simply overwhelm a server so much data that they can't handle it and shut down. Phoenician will be sure to get payments out quickly once they zap the attack.

There are a few posts in this forum about DDOS attacks and the online gambling industry if you want to learn more about them. Also, a search for ddos attacks on any search engine will provide lots of info.

I am owed money much longer then their instant withdraw even though its less then a day and when i went back it says "casino unavailable" guess DOS attack happening again.

They tell me I may have to wait until Monday for financing department to cash this out. It's a whole $300 and I've deposited more then that and they have my ID etc.

The confusion is that my deposit was made PPATM which is the way I want the withdraw. The accounting team that processes this is off for the weekend. Dean the manager I assume has offered for me to take the withdraw instantly through neteller. I did not know this was possible from previous emails with CS. I had a previous email with Dean that I guess has my situation with withdraws cleared up.

I must say in my many dealings with casinos and poker rooms Dean is by far the most involved and willing manager I have ever dealt with. I would say even though I am down to them I must say the service here is second to none and the software is very good. I like RTG's and its nice to know there is a reputable one out there.

As a webmaster and a player, I have to agree that Dean is by far one of the most involved and willing manager that I have ever dealt with. The other one is Jeff, representing another RTG casino, Sci-Fi.

Dean has certainly brought Phoenician a long way in a relatively short timespan reputation-wise, and I would class them as one of the better RTG-powered operations out there.

In fact, one of the better operations out there, period.
