    Just a quick post to let everyone know the good work that Darran has put in behind the scenes regarding my fall out with the Palace group.
    I am sure he had more important things to deal with but the fact he took the time to listen and pm me has gone some way to restoring my faith in customer support.
    The only reason I will not return there is a matter of personal principle.
