Hi. Welcome. Please read the Forum Rules regarding cross-posting and hijacking: not good posting behaviour and banable offenses if repeated. Thank you for your cooperation.

why not?

Why do you think they wouldn't pay?
They are a good group so as long as no terms were broken with bonuses used you should be fine.

Rzarth, now that you are a member here, take advantage of Casinomeisster's accredited casinos. You can't go wrong with any of them. Read all over this site and you will learn what you need to not have problems when you play.

Congrats on your win! I have had payouts from palace group= they are not the fastest payers (you want 32red or ladbrokes for fast payouts) but provided you didn't break any bonus rules (assuming you took a bonus) you should be OK. If you payed banned games with a bonus then you may have a problem- hopefully you read the rules FIRST.

Once again congrats 22500 is a once in a lifetime win for many of us

This is where you might have a fight on your hands. You may have to play "hardball" to get your money.

Give them at least 2 weeks, as this should cover the period where they are just doing the normal checks for such a large win. The Mummys Gold payout should be faster and less of a problem.

When they send you an email telling you to "be patient", send one back saying you will wait for 14 days before taking the matter up with eCogra (as stated on the eCogra website). You may find this significantly lubricates the process.

It did for me:D

I am still waiting for the money from Prime and Mummys Gold.

I did'nt breake the bonus rules.

I had a lot of mails with Prime and I had a long talk with the friendly support.
14 days are gone, I am hopefull to get the money this week. :)

Mummys Gold: Nothing... :( I didn't got a reply to my last 2 mails.
This means, no answer since 5 days..
16 days are gone and I'm thinking about ecogra..

Thank's to all

If it's more than 14 days after the time you would have expected payment according to timescales in the terms, you can go to eCogra. Since your emails are being ignored, you cannot be expected to pursue this internally.

A complaint to eCogra should get either your money or an explanation.

Paid ! Yaeeeehuuu

Today I got 750 from Mummys Gold (hmmm not 1000)
AND
10,000 from Prime Casino - the rules say: max 10,000 per month. I'll get the other 10,000 next month and the rest in november.

 :) :notworthy

Eh:confused:

I won more than 10K at Spin Palace quite a while ago, and I don't recall any suggestion of me being paid in installments.

More worrying is the fact that Mummy's Gold only paid 750 in one go of your 1000 withdrawal. It is worth checking whether the other 250 has been refunded to your deposit method (a card for example). I have had this before when depositing by card, and also when mixing cards and Neteller. There doesn't seem to be a set rule as to what part of a withdrawal is deemed a return of past deposits, and likely to end up on a card.

What makes things even MORE complicated is that even if the deposit that lead to the 1000 withdrawal didn't come from a card, the 250 may be deemed a return of an earlier deposit made by card that you busted out on.

By paying the first 10K, Prime have at least shown an intent to pay, even though the installment plan is far from ideal. You will just have to sit tight for the next couple of months. You can show your displeasure by uninstalling the Palace Group casinos until you have received all payments in full. Once you have your money, you can then ask for an explanation as to why it took so long to begin paying out, as 14 days is far from normal, even if the installment plan that followed is dictated by the terms.

Look on the bright side, you can't lose the entire 22K back next week:D

Congratulations on your win! So glad they have at least started to pay!
