Update Pagination problems in user profiles: fixed

There was a problem in the User Profiles that kept members from viewing more than one page of their friends. Well, it's been sorted out and fixed. You can peruse your lists, and the lists of others. Carry on.

...and the Profile Comments also fixed which was more interesting for me.
It took a year and a half but finally :notworthy
