Paddy Power are in trouble again after an advert they made was found by the ASA to glamorise gambling and stated people could achieve financial security and improved a person's self image.

I doubt Paddy will be bothered do they ever get dealt with when they are found to breach the rules?

What a load of tosh! The whole of the gambling/casino industry is marketed on glitz, glamour, flashing lights, champers, etc etc and the chance of a life changing win.

What next, a lottery advert showing someone get a £10 win and pop into Tesco for a treat of a can of cider!!

This is very true just look at the Postcode Lottery adverts glamorising working class people winning £20,000 as life changing.

suggesting betting could help people achieve a good standard of living.

Point on. They should not be tapped on their fingers, but fined to shit. Because many know gambling is not the way to archieve a good standard of living. Hard work, dedication and commitment is! Relying on gambling is the most extreme and stupidest thing a human being can do.

How many more addicts do you need that whatever that this business does, harms people in a serious way? How more proof you need to realise, that even tho you are not vialble to becoming an addict, that gambling will make you an addict because it's designed this way.

Think straight people. Paddy wants more of your money, the piramide scheme has to progress. Gamblign is based on the losses of usually 7/10th people.
