I have tryed to get answer from @Unibet Rep .. Monday he started to get answer in simple situation.

9.7.2021 i deposit totaling 567 € and withdrawed 100 €.
-10.07.2021 dint get cash back and it have not comed after that..

Also i dont have deposit after that becouse i wait my cb

Cs sayed in 10.7.2021 that cb works in my account : Juuso: I've checked that and it really works correctly, Ottokasino's cashback is always automatic.

?? How it can be if 46 € dint come in 10.7.2021 ?

I just want what is promised. ( 46€ ) Support cant add nothing.


I have 10 % cashback program in my account and nett loss is allways credited in next day..

I but some images where is that if i deposit and lose in 30.6.2021 , i have get cash bonus 1.7.2021 ( cashback )

Ok. Unresolved or resolved..


if there is cashback 1 year and then they tell that there isnt cashback.. I dont know what to think about this..

But , i vote for my wallet..
