Thanks! It's been nose to the grindstone for the past few weeks. It's pretty much done with sections like the news and newsletter to be upgraded piecemeal over the next couple of weeks.

The main importance is the search function, and the integration of some of the main site elements and forum discussions throughout the site. There are many people who are unaware on how much information is located here.

Now I can finally get back to answering emails and doing webcasts

I'm glad you didn't stray too far from the original design. I liked the old design. The layout change is pretty nice. I like how the accreditated casinos are separated by gaming software.

Maybe I don't adapt to change as quickly as others. I prefer the color scheme of the old forum (don't like the brown and grey). I also don't like the extra column on the right, as it reduces viewing area. However, I prefer the navigation, searches, and general more logical design of the new site.

I made it so that while in the forum, the right column appears only on the main index page, but disappears in the separate sections and threads.

The page is wider in the main site, so hopefully the viewing area is maximized. Before it was only 800 pixels wide.

I love this new look! I was just linking to you today on my blog as a Favorite Site when I checked in to see the changes. As a web designer and netrepreneur for the past 6 years, I can appreciate the amount of work you must be doing. I've never run a vBulletin board, but it's been difficult enough this past year building a database-driven ecommerce site and now my WordPress blog. It seems every year we learn everything we need to know, they come up with some new type of code to throw us off!

Anyway, from one webmaster to another, I must say...

LOL. Or bugged by the DoJ Hey...lets start a conspiracy theory! Turns out all along the Meister is an alias for an undercover FBI agent searching out money launderers and people in Washington who gamble! He's spent 6 years running a forum and turning in the names of people to the powers that be. Then one-day there will be a dawn raid and 7,779 people get arrested and you're given one hour and $500 to try and make your bail money on Thunderstruck only you have to make it 30 times over and you can only use $100 of the money you make to post bail, plus you have to deposit $50,000 of your own money to use the extra $100 and your wife or anyone else in the household isn't allowed to help.

You sure you aren't "cached" GM? Unless you mean the bottom little bits that should "fade" ? Sorry...i was referring to the old-style clunky buttons that appeared for a while.

the new site scheme makes my eyes burn and my head throb in pain. i think i may soon go blind if I keep visiting this new site. i tried to go to sleep an hour ago but I kept seeing flashes of amber and brown and I finally got up and puked.

on the positive side, i do prefer spearmaster's new avatar.
