Ontario operators? (Licensed)

Hello, looking for a some advice/opinion. Have had really good luck at a NSB the last month or so and withdrawal times were almost instant. That is until last Friday, the 9th. I hit a minor jackpot and another good payout on a progressive and ended up requesting a withdrawal of 5800. That’s when things changed. After a day or two I sent a note to customer service, politely asking for an update on my withdrawal. I got a standard answer that sometimes it can take up to 5 business days. That’s understandable as it was a Friday when I requested it. It has now been 11 days without being paid. If I call or email, the only response I get is that they will email me when they get an update from the “relevant department “. The same response every day. I don’t want to file an official complaint because that will give them another 2 weeks of which I’d bet they’ll take every second. They did tell me a few cryptic things. One was that they have released it on their end, the other is that I had met any bonus play through I needed. When I ask what the hold up is they go back to the “relevant department “ reply. I don’t know what’s going on and 5800 is a good chunk of money for me. They paid out within hours 6 times previously. Any insight or advice would be appreciated.

Progressive jackpots usually are paid out to the casino via 3rd party game provider. A progressive winning need to be confirmed by the game provider to the operator before the operator is allowed to pay. Normally a progressive jackpot win should be paid within 30 days. However as its 5800, its odd that they wouldn't release that faster as the 30 days period is for winnings in the size of 6-7 digits.
 
I have logged in to my videoslots account successfully. It has been a couple of years since I was here last. I won't be able to make a deposit until next month, but I would like a deposit bonus when the time comes. Would be a blast to be able to play slots that other sites currently don't have! :)

I guess I was lucky the first time earlier since I had to accept updated Terms and Conditions and choose Ontario. I now have tried to login and It is stuck on a dialog that says "Welcome Back" with a button: "I confirm the information above" that when clicked on, endlessly loads. The box shows... No info, lol.

I can see you are logged in at .com and not .ca. Can you make sure you go to <snip>

We aim to sort out all these issues during the day.
Currently, if you fail the IDScan for any reason, you get stuck in an endless loop. So we working on a fix that if you fail it that you can upload your docs manually to the site instead and those already verfied POI will not be required to as long as it still valid.
 
We have fixed a lot of the issues but we still have a problem with some customer being stuck at verifications. We hope to upload a fix tomorrow.
Going to try or was to play tomorrow if can find time but also want to see what the bonus is as tonne of games want to play and see how they do on video slots. Though you have slots that won't open for us like Immortal Romance from Microgaming and Wild Portal from BTG to name 2. :)

Will look into this, can you provide a screenshot? Are there more games you have problem with?
 
Play n go slots won't open either unless this is one provider you are still working on, get a "something went wrong" message.
