Yep they are an awful casino. Last night I waited on chat for 2 hours and 16 minutes before I got through to anyone and then I was told verification takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks. I said thats crazy you locked my account with money there mid play and possibly for 6 weeks. They said yes its their new policy.

i was betting on average 2.00 but I still had way too big of a hill to climb and kept hitting small bonuses whenever i would hit a bonus....after i lost it all i wish i had bet all 5.00 and worst case I would have been where I ended up anyways....that's the risk you take when you have a bonus. I think it evens out I've had some withdrawals I only could have done with a bonus as I would get a big win only after going through half the original amount
try contacting your bank if you get as far as requesting a credit card or etransfer. i actually had to deal with my bank twice over the last week. they found it suspicious that i would etransfer amounts i usually dont to an email i dont usually use. i understand why they do it but when i tell them yes its ok to that one email and they blocked me again made me feel like it was time to bring my business elsewhere.
