I recently joined an online gambline site, i deposited money into it, won some money on that account then requested a withdraw through bitcoin. While my withdraw was pending, the site didnt allow me to play so I created another account and deposited money into there and went up and down and came out on top. Now they're telling me that I "frauded" them by having two accounts, and disabled my account and aren't returning anything to the second account. Not even the deposits. What should I do?

In retrospect now yes i couldve played elsewhere, but didn't think too much into it. I guess I understand them keeping the wins/losses but there really isnt anything I could do about the deposits?

Well, if the deposits were small in comparison to the withdrawal amount, you'd think common sense prevails and they refund that and void your winnings?

They'll likely wonder why anyone would sabotage their own withdrawal like that, and would see that you stand to gain nothing from this venture. But that would surely be at the casino's discretion.....

Question is can casinos confiscate deposits as such? I'd like to know myself actually!

i understand now that they don't doesnt refunding my deposits and keeping my winnings seam fair?
to be fair, from their standpoint, you commiteed fraud at the worst, and breached the terms and conditions you agreed to, at the least

but taking my money is unjust enrichment from an honest mistake
as to whether youre entitled to your deposit back, there's others more qualified than I....
as to the honest mistake, let's be fair: you physically and consciously had to click that you read, understood and agreed to the casino terms. The fact you neither read nor understood them, is entirely on you.

Take it as a learning lesson: read the Ts and Cs and never, ever, open multiple accts.

By now I’ve obviously read the T&C’s and in it it says that each player can only have one account which I understand. (Even though at the time I didn’t because the site let me make another one). However under that line of only allowing one account it says that players with multiple accounts should contact an agent and that exactly what I did. I was the first to reach out to them and let them know of my situation. That I had an account and while waiting for a withdraw to happen it didn’t let me deposit new funds, so I made a new account and deposited funds in there. So yes I had two accounts but there was no attempt of fraud. I only used one at a time.

If the need to keep playing was so great why did you not simply just reverse your initial withdrawal and carry on playing with that, or am I missing something?

When I first started playing online a few years ago I did not know a lot about casinos. I used to read all the T&C's over and over before I actually joined.

My best move was coming to CM where I have learnt a lot and still learning :)

I hope you will have better understanding next time, you live and learn I guess.

I wish you a lot of luck and no more multiple accounts for your sake

FWIW if you came to me with that issue I'd tell you the same as what the others have said: you stabbed yourself in the back by creating that second account.

Is it wrong for them to keep your deposits? Not really, because they've got every right to discourage you -- and others -- from creating multiple accounts. If there was nothing to lose then everyone would take their chances "just in case" they could get away with it.

I'd say "live and learn", sooner is better.

The OP mentioned that the site did not allow him to play after his withdrawal - probably because his account had to be verified? In any case, that's a sure sign you cannot play there and creating a second account is, sorry, a rather silly move to circumvent that...
