I've had past shoulder length or longer hair most of my life. The last few years I've just let it grow because...well, to be honest I'm lazy. It's currently around mid-back length and it looks ok on me and it's healthy and everything but...I'm 47 years old, maybe I should think about getting an old lady haircut. Or at least a middle aged lady haircut.
Although my grandma's sister who was in her 90's had hair down to her butt, she always wore it up though. (her hair, that is
)
So what do you think - long hair on older women is ok or does it look stupid?

I tend to wear it kind of short (midway to shoulder) in the summer months, and longer (shoulder length) during cooler months.
And if you go to the beauty salon to have it done, for heaven's sake find a stylist that isn't OCD about cutting it all off. Some can be really scissor happy.

, they have no sense of humor sometimes!
but since I decided to splurge a bit on ME when I get my withdrawal I thought, hmmm...maybe she's right and I'm too old for long hair.
The majority of the time its up unless Im going out, then I might let it down. Though those times are few and far between now
You are never too old to have long hair. What a crock of &@$* hehe
Suits her to a tee
