Offers/promotion re:time zone

Has anyone else got peeved when you find out your not able to claim a promotion because it expired as the casino is hrs ahead because of your time zone.

Example I made a deposit on Monday around 6pm after work on Guts for there double Monday bonus and after logging in today the free games were not credit. Im in Canada and Guts is 8 hrs ahead so I miss a lot of good promotions with this casino and others. Good news is chat did credit free spins as I did recieve the 40 percent offer as it still credit me because apparently there system failed

How hard would it be for a casino to offer promotion in the players time zone.

Most times threw chat Im able to claim but have to go chasing for it, but sometimes from other casinos they say nothing they can do try depositing early which sometimes I can't.

Its not a deal breaker for me but would be nice if offers expire were the player play from.

Is there any casinos that offer this to there players?

I'm Canadian and this has happened and it sucks

BUT

once you know the casinos are 6hrs ahead (and if you're Toronto, that's 6 hrs for you too), it's pretty easy to plan accordingly.

Hi Deepsky,

I have to hold up my hands and say 32Red have been guilty of this and it's something we are working on. Roxy Palace segments on time zone already and we are hoping to extend this across the board, it's not the simplest of tasks though due to back office restrictions but I can't use that as an excuse.

Watch this space for 32Red, or play at Roxy in the meantime
