ODDSON casinos resolved

More than a month ago i played a sign up bonus at several Oddson casinos.
Here are my results:

Caribbean Gold : deposit 150/ result 0
Allpokercasino : 77/0
Bleublancrougecasino : 50 euro/0
Silverdollar : 100/475
Superslots: 100/500

Not a bad result- isn't it? But not with Oddson casinos! After one week i receive back my two deposits at Silverdollar and Superslots (100$ each) and the casinos state that my winnings are fofeited without single word of explanation! So ,how can one win at those casinos if they give you your deposits back whenever you win and hold your lost deposits to themselves? Isnt it a Lose/Lose situation for the player and Win/Win for the casino? And How can it be that the casino doesn't explain its motives to the player when it takes the player's winnings from him???
By the way- Oddson doesn't reply to any of my emails.

Have no idea if they are dodgy or not, im sure the informed on here will soon advise. If they are rouges at least you got your deposit back for starters mate.

Same story here. I played at 6 casinos from oddson group and lost in 5 of them around 600 dollars. The only casino i won at was Millionaire casino. I deposited USD250 and cashed out USD680. Then i received an email stating that all my 6 accounts are blocked. I didn't receive even 1 dollar from Millionaire casino since then. Nothing was explained to me,they just lock my accounts and keep my money. I have pitched a bitch already.

Actually my friend has some problems with english and i just helped him to register at this forum and to write about his problems with the casinos that don't pay money. It doesn't mean i am 'talking to myself' .I just don't understand why some people start investigating ip addresses of players etc, instead of asking casino about its reason for stealing players money. Personally i didn't receive any explanation from Oddson. That is why me and my friend came to this forum. And now i regret about doing so.

And that is why I was on the phone today, talking to the person that represents these casinos. I checked your IPs only after you posted. You ought to know that I protect this board and I am vigilant against those who try to abuse it.

That must be one of the fastest busts on record! And the deception was so unnecessary.

Having said that (and perhaps back to the main topic here) I remind members that Odds On does not have a spotless reputation.

All I need do is mention Forty Plus Casino and the disgraceful manner in which this software company behaved on that occasion when screwed players were trying to get answers and paid. Eventually they looked after the situation but it was only after a great deal of stress and pressure. There are hefty archives at several portals chronicling the debacle.

I think Bryan was the only person the head honcho there ever spoke to...what was his name....Pierre Gagnon???

And now we have another problem at BetsAvenue, which uses their software, and from what I have seen so far they have not been publicly forthcoming.

When will these lower echelon software companies realise that trust is important and that this is not engendered by pulling the wagons into a circle and going mute?

Actually Rasim pitched a bitch about his own complaint. Regarding my (rfg45) complaint (which is described in the beginning of this thread) - i will pitch a bitch for it right now. Both problems are almost the same- in my case i received back my deposits from Silverdollar and Superslots instead of receiving my winnings at those casinos,and in Rasim's case he didn't receive not his deposit and not his winnings from Millionaire casino.

i assume you and your friend also shared ip and computer when you played at the casinos? this could have caused the trouble because as most other casinos they will probably allow only one account per computer/household.

If you used the same computer and played at these casinos and obtained their signup bonuses,you have already breached their Ts & Cs since it states explictly at their websites that there should only be one account at environments where computers are shared. You may have overlooked these but if both of you did play from the same computer,the casino is definitely in the right. 2 years ago,when I signed up at 3 Oddson casinos,I read the terms carefully and my wife registered at English Harbour while I signed up at Silverdollar and Carribean Gold. The bonuses were credited instantly and there were no problems cashing out. Frankly,there are plenty of reasons for the casino to suspect that the 2 of you are one and the same person. Even if not,you did not adhere to their terms and they seem right to return only your deposits.
