Noxwin don't pay me €10.000 winnings

Hi there,

Casino Noxwin don't pay me €10.000,-, they have a 1 hour payout policy but don't handle it.

I ask for a 10k payout to my Skrill and they told me in the chat i'm exluded for the 1 hour payout 'promotion' and have to wait now longer.
They can't give a timeframe, only they will send it 'a soon as possible' to me, i think they hope i will lose my money or they don't have the money.

Please help me, it is an Everymatrix casino so i think not verry good...

Noxwin are EM correct and usually pay within 24 hours. Most of their live help seems to reply 'As soon as possible' or 'Later today' and I have found them vague via email too.

Providing your account is verified and you have not broken any T&C (max bet, restricted games etc) then I cannot see any reason for them not to pay you.

The wife has played there and not had any problems, although I will be honest and say her withdrawals were no where near that size! Usually less than 24 hours she got paid but certainty not any longer than 24 hrs.

I don't use a bonus or freespins, but the maximum payout is €2300 so i ask 10x for €1000, in their T&C you can read maximum €10.000/day.

But they don't pay me still..

I'm a high roller (50k monthly deposit at Skrill), and play even on brands like Unibet but they maximum pay €1500 daily to skrill (to low).
GUTS pay me always correctly in a hour (maximum 2) and Casumo to.

I play here because the 1 hour policy, but they don't handle it...

Just pray you haven't excluded from any of their many casinos, because they won't pay you a penny, just your deposit back after you complain.

No. They can choose to do it for anyone if they choose. The UKGC doesn't even specify they must not pay if you SE'd at another site. It's simply their interpretation. They only allude to duplicate accounts at any ONE casino you SE'd from.

Noxwin are not a trustworthy casino iny my opinion. I signed up a while back because they openly advertised their first deposit promotion as "35x bonus" wagering.

After I deposited I found out it was really 35x deposit+bonus wagering. I found that very deceitful and have not been back despite bucketloads of emails begging me to deposit since then.
