Hey guys Im new here so forgive me if I sound out of place -
- I opened a casino account like 3 days ago made a deposit of $ 100.00 with Quicktender . Got my bonus played lost ok wants angry - I went to log in this morning to redeposit and my casino account was locked !!

i got with the live chat and the guy says sytem picked it up you should get a refund but you arnt allowed to play at microgaming casinos ????? He thinks Im on a list of somekind.
Will I get my money back or is that just to make me calm ???
Then he says they wont re open your account they Never do. But he is positive I will get a refund of my 100.00 deposit .
no explanation other then this WTH ???

Has someone been using my info online and blasted my name it seems that I have made it to a blacklist ok who would I go to to fix this ?
I am flipping out when did this happen ?
this has to be pretty bad what they did or a mistake where do i go to get information HOW and why my information made it to this list to be banned at microgaming ?
why did they take my deposit and not call me or get an ID or something ????

Then I went to another Microgaming just one on the list opened made quicktender deposit and boom same thing within 1 day im locked out yet they say no reason except account seems fraudulent -- WHAT IN THE WORLD ???
Any suggestions besides give up on microgaming and move on ? Im very uncomfortable with the fact someone has used processed or whatever my information with thease online casinos in a malicious way.
it had to have been enough to flag what ever list this is...
i have noticed odd things coming into the mail alerted my credit file but never have I assumed my identity was completely stolen and used for something of this nature ...

Any suggestions would be great

siren737,
I am perdy sure that all the casino software makers have a player blacklist. However they all refuse comment about it or they flatly deny there is a list.

So I would say, your chances of getting off of a list that the software providers say does not exist or won't talk about is about as good as hitting the powerball with a single number.

I am very surprised that a casino CS worker would mention that you are on a "list" of some kind, I'll bet that CS worker would not have a job if his boss heard that.

its all good Im over it . hopefully i will get my 100 bux back and god bless the idiot who played and ruined my name is all I can say thank god they arnt linked to all the casinos :)

Dude Could You open your own thread please?

Dude Could You open your own thread please?

FYI siren, when you post your topic in the middle of someone else's that is called "hijacking" as is considered a bit rude. It's not difficult to post your own topic.

I thought this was Siren's thread (see post number 1)

Just an observation regarding anti-fraud measures: there are several major companies specialising in recording and sharing details of prior fraudulent activity in e-Commerce (including online gambling)

These companies make their money from subscriptions from e-commerce companies anxious to safeguard themselves from the many fraudsters loose on the Internet.

DO YOU OWE A WEBWALLET MONEY

I you owe click2pay, eco card, etc money several of the casino groups will not allow you to cashin until you clear your account. If you ever had trouble with Casino Rewards Group they may have banned you.

They should atleast tell you why, so you can determine if they have made an error or see if you can clear the matter up with which ever casino had the issue to start with.

Interesting, please PAB.

I would love to know about this "central blacklist" issue. So many high ranking persons have flatly denied there is such a thing at the software platform level, and this INCLUDES Microgaming, and Playtech. Despite this, there have been many posts from players who have had accounts locked due to some central "list" of sorts.

Provided the player has registered with their correct details, and is not from a "banned country/state" under the terms and conditions, this should NOT happen through such a list driven automated process. Most issues surrounding bonuses and "advantage play" happen at the time of withdrawal, and after an audit and ID check. None of this seems to have happened here.

Other than a central blacklist, the only other explanation is that the two MG casinos tried by the OP are both in the same group (not always obvious), and that they have a one bonus per group policy. This would explain an immediate account lock once a check is done throughout the group on the registered details, and does not breach player privacy since the information is only shared between different casinos within the group.

The final explanation is, of course, that the OP is not "new" to this, and is registering multiple accounts to get bonuses.

The PAB process should get to the bottom of this, and give us some idea of what is going on.

Despite what I am told, I do not believe there are no central blacklists of sets of details ( players, if you will), that can be used to automatically block accounts pretty much as soon as they open. Casinos will NEVER admit to this, as to do so would help those who set out to commit player fraud.
I suspect that many of these lists are NOT run by the software providers, but by the big payment processors and anti-fraud companies that casinos employ, so strictly speaking, it is a case of being "economical with the truth" when we are told "there is no such thing as a central <insert software brand here> player blacklist". Some players can be on the list not for actual fraud, but merely for "playing too well" with the bonuses, even if within the terms.

land casinos have blacklists so I would imagine online casinos do to.

old thread but is this the state of georga u s a the op comes from , policy no u s a new accounts

As far as I know, MG casinos still do not allow NEW U.S. accounts. Existing accounts are fine (till MG decides otherwise).

They most certainly DO have a blacklist....here is proof in an email with me and a casino from a while back, I saved it for this purpose, in case anyone didn't think they had a blacklist, I forget what happened, but I think they double billed me or something, so I told them I was going to do a chargeback, and this is the reply I got........

Please note that we do take chargeback threats as very serious and if you go through with it then we will have no choice but to report you to our Fraud and Risk department which will result in you being blocked from playing at XXX or any other Microgaming casino.

My guess is the original poster made a chargeback and they blocked him from MG casinos.

Dang it... I hate getting caught in the time machine ....
