If you are referring to the ex cia chief Hayden, well I wouldnt take anything he says seriously as he is completely anti trump and is another one who has a book out bashing the president.
Israel PM seems like a bit of a drama queen but I dont really blame him since Iran leadership hold marches and chant death to all Jews and Israel. I wouldnt want them having nukes either if I were him.
But none of these agencies knew the extent. None of them have reviewed all those documents until now. They suggested some of the claims but alot of it was guess work. And of course they know Iran was after weapons. That is not new, hence why there was a deal made in the first place.
In the end what it comes down to is what Iran is doing. And their leaders chanting death to america and jews and having classes in schools on how to hate and destroy the infidel americans and jews is what is concerning.

Iran continued to develop its ballistic missile program, with no penalty from the United States, or the international community.
Iran had conducted tests on ballistic missiles capable of delivering a nuclear weapon eight times. In testimony before the Senate, Mr. Michael Elleman expressed that these missile tests sought to increase missile accuracy.
In December 2015, an Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps vessel fired unguided rockets in close proximity of the USS Harry Truman in international waters.
Not long after the agreement:

Yeah seems they are quite the nice bunch following the agreement.
