Actually here’s the first one that stands out for me
Victorious presidential candidates, especially challengers, usually have down-ballot coattails; Biden did not. The Republicans held the Senate and enjoyed a ‘red wave’ in the House, where they gained a large number of seats while winning all 27 toss-up contests. Trump’s party did not lose a single state legislature and actually made gains at the state level.
False. Obama was a winning president but didn’t have the house or the senate.
hmmmm. Could there be more discrepancies and falsehoods in this article.

And what do all of these conspiracy theories have in common? Not a single shred of evidence to back them up. They are completely ignoring the fact that Trump told his voters not to use postal votes while the Democrats actively encouraged it and thats why Trump was well in the lead when the polls closed and they started to count in person voting.
This election has brought out millions more voters because people realised that another four years of Trump would be a disaster, so why are they surprise that the share for Biden is more than any other Democrat in history?
I think so far its something like 36 potential cases of voter fraud and all have been from Trump supporters, but they are pretty silent about that.
But hey, they dont really bother with fact or evidence, doesnt suit what their hero is saying so they just ignore fact.

I am a pollster and I find this election to be deeply puzzling. I also think that the Trump campaign is still well within its rights to contest the tabulations. Something very strange happened in America’s democracy in the early hours of Wednesday November 4 and the days that followed. It’s reasonable for a lot of Americans to want to find out exactly what.
First, consider some facts. President Trump received more votes than any previous incumbent seeking reelection. He got 11 million more votes than in 2016, the third largest rise in support ever for an incumbent. By way of comparison, President Obama was comfortably reelected in 2012 with 3.5 million fewer votes than he received in 2008.
He earned the highest share of all minority votes for a Republican since 1960.
We are told that Biden won more votes nationally than any presidential candidate in history. But he won a record low of 17 percent of counties; he only won 524 counties, as opposed to the 873 counties Obama won in 2008. Yet, Biden somehow outdid Obama in total votes.

3. Late arriving ballots were counted. In Pennsylvania, 23,000 absentee ballots have impossible postal return dates and another 86,000 have such extraordinary return dates they raise serious questions
4. The failure to match signatures on mail-in ballots. The destruction of mail-in ballot envelopes, which must contain signatures

He made small gains in 2008 but not enough. In 2012 he lost the most power of any dem president.
There is nothing fishy or strange that Biden didn’t gain more seats in the senate or the house. It is a way of keeping the president in check.

I said a few pages back that the it's the court cases, or rather, the lack of court cases, that tells us the truth of this situation.
Judge after judge is basically telling Trump's team to piss off and stop wasting the court's time, in many cases Republican appointed (or even Trump appointed) judges at that.
Plus you have to look at what Trump's legal teams are alleging in court, or more specifically of course, what they're NOT alleging, because they have absolutely bugger all worthwhile evidence - despite what is apparently the biggest electoral fraud ever.
And here we are two weeks after I posted this, and all that's happened is Trump keeps losing, badly, in court.
So yeah, it's still just a load of hot air.

I understand these points, but then you have to take them into account with the anomalies too, like the abnormally low rejection rates for mail in ballots. I can fully understand republican voters and election analysers scratching their heads at this result; like the uncounted usb stick of 3k votes in georgia, how can things be that slapdash? [or was that arizona?]
It's probably not going to change the election outcome as I think there would be too much unrest now the result has been given to Joe.

1/dem work of 10 years to organize and outreach to Latino voters.
2/ when the beloved hometown queen and wife of republican hero of sen. McCain comes out and says she will vote for Biden. It helps.
3/ and an aging population who believed that he didn’t handle the coronavirus well...you lose votes.
4/ contrary to popular belief Arizona is no longer a rep held state. It will from now on be a swing state that could go either way. Arizona is split 50/50 dem/republican.

I think the system must be able to, if things were to go to court, as we had a high profile election fraud case in towler hamlets [london]
I haven't used the postal vote option so not sure what the checks and balances are, voter ID is looking like it will be required in the future for voting in person though.
That was my point re trump, if he can get it wrong as president with all the advisers at his hands, then what chance have I thousands of miles away, having never voted there.
It sounds like the checks are meant to take place when they receive the envelope, that it matches other signatures on the system [not ballot paper] but it is a valid question why would the districts destroy or bin the envelopes, they may be needed later, at the point at which they don't match the signatures on the system [if a proper sampled audit took place] the issue of voter anonymity is maybe a moot point?

If Trump is so sure about the fact there was fraud, and has proof, why don't any of the lawsuits brought to court point this out? And when Trump's lawyers are questioned by the court they never explicitly mention there was fraud.

In the UK we go into a screened both to cast our votes so that we can have voter anonymity, so I am sure that it would be sacrosanct in the States as well. Its part and parcel for any democracy that you can cast your vote for whomever you deem fit without having it known who you voted for.

I highly doubt any lower courts want to be seen to challenge the outcome of the election, think of the violence and riots that would erupt, trump's only chance legally lays with the USSC but they won't look at any old case. I'm sure biden, being a politician of many decades, must himself deep down wonder how he got so many votes, surpassing 2008 obama by millions.

It's Trump's lawyers (!) who answer "no" when they're asked by the presiding judges if there is election fraud. It's not upto the courts to challenge the election, it's the lawyers who have to bring the cases. Most of them are flimsy at best: complaints about 20 ballots allegedly being added to a pile of ballots or complaining about the fact that a poll watcher was intimidated by a "big guy".

How did Trump get all those votes? 70 million and more in this election. 6 million more than 2016. And more than any republican president ever. Something is amiss here. I mean. As for the Supreme Court: The Supreme Court is there to decide cases where there has been a anomaly with the way the case went in the lower courts. Meaning somehow the letter of the law hasn’t been followed in the courts where your case was heard. So basically all 39 cases from trump that the lower courts have heard have so far been shown that the law in those hearings has been followed.

I remain unconvinced this election was clean, the numbers are a big red flag, democrats lost at least 10 congress seats [possibly their majority] Yet joe gets 11 million more votes than obama 2008. That has got to be very unusual, a candidate wins the most votes ever but his party loses seats.
If Mr Biden takes office, he will have set a new low for the percentage of counties won by a successful US presidential candidate – just 15 per cent.
The former Democratic Vice President appears to have secured an electoral college victory with just 477 out of the country’s 3143 counties and county-equivalents. Hillary Clinton, in her failed 2016 run, won 472 counties.
By contrast, Donald Trump carried 2497 counties this election, just under 80 per cent of the total. This was 87 fewer than the 2584 he won in 2016 – the most for a Republican since Ronald Reagan.

But the result is what it is, I can't change it, but it was not beyond the power of the system to rig with the help of activists and tds sufferers on the ground, and the system turns a blind eye afterwards, with the complicit media covering and not looking into things like journalists ought to do.
It will be interesting to see how many votes the democrat candidate wins in 2024, if everything was legit this time, they'll surely win again; republicans have no one waiting in the wings as popular as trump, able to attract ethnic voters and disillusioned former democrats. Could be a very long time before another republican wins the presidency.

I wrote about a year ago or longer that I felt barr was sent in there to win trump's confidence, but not rock the boat. If you look into barr's history, he was not exactly a beacon of hope but another swamp creature - why trump got sucked in so easily I don't know, but then I never understood why he appointed Bolton. Perhaps to keep in with the GOP establishment, as with the impeachment proceedings and russia investigation he was on shaky ground for a long time.
