I was playing at all the casinos that tie into Plenty Jackpots, but had won a Random Jackpot at Plenty Jackpots for $5,500.00 and they took my information, I filled out for a wire transfer because they said that was the only way I could be paid. On their site, under rules and regulations, it shows that you will be paid after documents sent are approved by wire transfer within 3-4 days. I figured it would probably take about two weeks total for the approval of documents and the wire transfers which had to be broken down into two. I requested the Withdrawal wire transfers on the 20th of August, documents were approved by the 28th of August, and by September 11th, I still had no wire transfers, and kept getting the same excuses over and over, we are paying out a lot of winners, backed up, will receive an email, yadda yadda, yadda. Well, by the next evening, their morning, I called again, because they told me to keep calling back. They said the same thing, were rude, I got angry, told them I may have to look into reporting their site as a fraudulent site due to nonpayment of fair winnings I won. Next thing I knew, they locked me out of all my accounts with all their casino sites and kept my money and basically said screw you. I had kept emails of all conversations to the effect of my winnings, and had them emailed to me everytime I was online speaking with someone from one of their casinos directly online from their site. Can anyone please, please help me get my rightful winnings? It is a total of $5,650.00 because in one of the sites, I had deposited money of 150.00, and they took that too when they locked me out. Plus they were charging me $100.00 for the two wires I never received. Please, someone tell me how I can get my money or file charges against people like this and get them kicked off the internet or get justice. Thanks, glad to know I am not the only one in this position, however, sad to know how many people actually do get taken by places like this.

Plenty Jackpots?!?! Ouch. Good luck with that, you most likely won't see a dime of your money. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but with that group, which is the roguiest of rogues, you probably will not be paid anything. They are also known for keeping deposits.

Double Ouch. I'm afraid you have had it with this casino.
Its a very harsh painful lesson to learn. Never deposit until you research the casino. Just stick with the accredited ones or try a search in this forum. Put it aside and move on.

What a Scam Group they must be

I definately would dispute the charge on your credit card advising that you didn't receive the goods/service you were charged for. Atleast you can get your deposit back but only can do this if less than 60 days on charge cards and 90 days if debit card. This is not considered a charge-back but instead it is considered a dispute and the company that submitted the charge can provide evidence that you received what they billed you for; but they won't. The processor will recoop the money from the casinos account. That is perfectly fair. You might want to first contact the casino and advise them of your intent. Perhaps they will decide to do the right thing.

The OP is advised to PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION in following such advice. Doing this the wrong way could get you flagged as a fraud risk, blacklisted and barred from casinos.

And that just shows that there is definitely something VERY wrong with this whole industry, once again.
A Casino steals a players money....once again, and the player is adviced to proceed with extreme caution, in trying to at least get the money back, that he initially gave to these crooks, or risk being called a fraudster by the industry as a whole ?
I really seriously am beginning to wonder, why anyone puts money into this.

Why do you? Seems a fair question to ask.

Given that these are crooks, is there any alternative other than a chargeback? Do we simply let our money be stolen and do nothing about it? Of course one should have done some research before depositing but since damage has already been done and goods undelivered so to speak why does the op still have to pay up. Unless there is another way out a chargeback should not be entirely ruled out as a method to get back the money.

I've never heard of this casino. Of course a quick Goggle search with the word complaints added yields bad news.

It sucks to win so much then realize there's no chance in hell of getting it.:(

Yeah, and as I said, I'm beginning to wonder that myself, and I'll let you know if I find out.
I have been "lucky" ... or smart enough to stay out of trouble so far, but then again, to make sure I don't GET in a situation like OP is in, that limits me to a very few, well known none crooks. As long as I stick to those, I feel relatively safe.
I've only had one incident with a shitty casino, that didn't pay, but ended up getting paid, after a PAB, and the casino went to the pit after (Thanks again Max, for your help, eventhough I think I would have been paid eventually without a PAB).
That however, does not change the fact, that there is clearly a huge problem, if a player can't even try and get his deposited money back, from thieves, without risking being a "fraudster". Sorry, but Nifty....sometimes...just sometimes, the casinos are not right.....and in this case, the "Industry" is not right, calling an honest player, who was robbed a fraudster.

P.S. and A slight derail....and I'm not saying, that Max and Bryan agree with an honest player being defined as a fraudster, for trying to get his money back, after being robbed, because I don't know if they do...however, IF CM agree on this, then I have to agree with the people, from the other thread, about the PAB being broken, who says that it's broken. End of derail.

Who said the casino is always right? Someone hasn't been doing their homework have they? It might be a good idea to get your facts straight before you insinuate that I always support the casino POV.

I don't remember everyone being called a fraudster for doing chargebacks. The issue is twofold.....firstly the player will be blacklisted just about everywhere because they will be seen as an unacceptable risk, and secondly the casino may have its credit card facility revoked for having too many chargebacks.

Bryan can clear it up, but I'm fairly sure he went with a blanket ban on chargebacking players regardless of the casino involved, as the minute he starts making exceptions for casino A based on not getting what you paid for, he will have to make exceptions for casinos B-Z as someone will argue that, in thrir opinion, they didn't get what they paid for.

It's a grey area, as your credit card is used to purchase chips to play in the casino....which they give you and you then play....they have actually provided the chips as promised.

So what is your idea for the better version on the PAB service? I'm seeing a lot of criticism, but very little of it constructive.

Given the potential repercussions it seems to me it would have been irresponsible to NOT have mentioned the risks.

I totally agree, and I'm in no way after you Max. I apologize if it seemed like that.
I'm after the fact, that there IS a risk...that I'm fully aware of by the way.
Would love to hear how you and Bryan feel about the fact that the risk is there, and if you agree with the casinos, that in this and simular cases, "Fraudster" is an accurate description of the person, who would do a chargeback ?

Did you serve time in the military ??
Seems to me, that you heard the frase "attack is the best defense" a bit too often, and I'm not falling for it matey.
Obviously you either didn't read what I said, or you simply didn't understand it....either way, I'm too tired to walk that path with you again.

Is this an RTG casino?

If so, something seriously needs to be done to send a message to RTG that the players will no longer accept RTG allowing every Tom, Dick and Harry to have a licence to run a casino!

Perhaps a protest site that can organise a mass boycott of RTG casinos until such and such demands are met(Better screening of licensees, Rogue operators fined or licences cancelled by RTG if complaints continue) or something similar.
It's just ridiculous to hear over and over again complaint after complaint about RTG casinos! :eek2::mad::rolleyes:
Surely someone somewhere could organise a movement to help get the message through to the (Block)heads of RTG!

When I first started gambling online I had no idea what I was doing and took every casino at face value and was amazed at all the free cash they were throwing me! Had never heard of Casinomeister so was unaware that there were any problems with any casino at all! A lot of noobs are the same and will find out the hard way that a player must be weary of where he/she plays! This is a harsh and depressing lesson to learn!

Just some thoughts..:D

Cheers

I hear what you are saying but I don't want to confuse the issue with my opinions. I think what's best here is a Casinomeister policy statement and Bryan is the man for such things. I'd say we wait for him to return and give us the official CM word on this.

1) Newbee not educated pre-deposit about who the crooks are, randomly selects a casino.
2) Newbee wins.
3) Newbee has winnings and deposit stolen.
4) Newbee charges back initial deposit.
5) Newbee blacklisted from online gaming industry regardless of explanation of charge-back.
6) Newbee should count his lucky stars and should consider the banning a blessing.

I almost want to agree with you on this 4oak, BUT my sense of justice, fairness and everything else, that is good, just won't let me.
I know you're a big fan of regulation, and THAT I agree with. Sometimes, when I see and hear about the ways people are being robbed....mind you, not everyone knows about CM...I almost wish, that every country in the world, would follow the US example, and ban online gambling completely, until there is REAL regulation.
Maybe the good casinos would be more interested in GETTING real regulation, and put some pressure on, in the right places. I wish they would show more interest in it, as I believe it's in THEIR interest, as much as the players.
It is, by the way, interesting to see, how RTG casinos, as the only ones, are aiming HARD at the US market, where online gambling is banned, and at the same time, a lot of the crooks (rouges) are excactly RTG operated, isn't it ?
If I was in the states, and could see that fact, I would not deposit 5 cents, and as a non US, seeing that, ... well...I am ALSO not depositting 5 cents in those joints, for obvious reasons.
