Good evening I'm your latest Newbie and wish I had found your site earlier . This might sound like a rant which it probably is . Where do I start .... Last month I played on a site which was new to me . Atlantic club casino . I took up their bonus offer and won a considerable amount .after playing through the wagering requirements I ended up with just over €2500 . I requested a withdrawal but they refused on the grounds of irregular play ie going over the 30% wagering !! I was both amazed and disgusted but could do nothing about it according to them . Only a few days ago I received an email from slots500 offering me a bonus which again I took and had a win of over €6000 . I made over 4000 spins to meet all the wagering requirements and made a withdrawal request of €5000 . I still had some left as they only allow one €5000 withdrawal per month . With the money I had left I had about 20 spin on roulette thinking it was OK as I had reached all the wagering requirements before hand ensuring I did not once go over the 30% mark . Found out today they have refused to pay me and cancelled my winnings due once again to irregular play because of the few spins on roulette . I truly believed the 30% was only valid during play through of wagering requirements . I did speak to a manager and said to him surely they never pay anyone them because most folk I know if they have a win they increase the stakes so surely most would always go over the 30% . I'm annoyed as I was so careful not to go over and played over 4000 spins . I tried to explain to them that they can see the hours I spent ensuring I didn't go over and honestly thought once I had met the wagering requirements I could wager a bit more . I'm a member of numerous sites and have never come across this 30% rule before . Your initial deposit would have to be very large indeed if you were never to go above the 30% . So that's over €7500 they have taken away from me in two months which I think is terrible . Is there any course of action I can take .

Thanks for the welcome and yes that could be a good idea . You must admit it is quite a good introduction. I have had a browse and to be honest am surprised at the number of sites both available and ones which are best to avoid . It's quite shameful to think some of these sites are getting away with some of the strokes they are pulling

Good example/reason to play only at Accredited Casinos' and/or do a fair bit of research into the casino before playing or depositing; and of course, always read T's&C's. Welcome to CM

Daft thing is I did read the terms and conditions especially after the first hit but I obviously understood them wrong as I thought the 30% was only valid whilst playing through the wagering requirements . I've never heard of anyone always keeping their bets below 30% of the original deposits . It's madness

Welcome to the CRAZY world of online casino T&Cs... and to the forum, of course!

We all make mistakes - that's how we learn (sometimes the VERY expensive way).

You could consider doing a "Pitch-A-Bitch", but it sounds like you DID break the casino's terms, so that may be fruitless... :(

Pitch-A-Bitch is CasinoMeister's FREE service to help players with problems at non-rogue casinos.
Before you start, make sure the casino in question is NOT in the Rogue Pit or on the No Can Do list.

Good luck for the future...

Both those casinos belongs to Affpower groups of casinos.

They cheat players and software providers like Netent.

They are known to not be fair!

They are rogue!

I was a little tired when responding last night so I thought I would add a little information for you.

These two casinos you played on Slots500 and Atlanticcasinoclub belongs to a group of casinos that was exposed just a couple of months ago for using fake games from Netent. You can read about it here https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/affpower-casinos-ripped-off-netent-games.73360/?t=73360

I suppose you got tricked in by them offering you a bonus of 400%.
I would say avoid all casinos that are offering such a high bonus because they are often Rouge and are stealing the players money with all kind of rules they can come up with.

I might add they have a max. withdrawal of 10 x deposit when you are using a bonus. So that might have reduced the withdrawal anyway.

But concur with "Tirilej", stay away from this group.

Yes I do believe they would have found a way not to pay me no matter what . I will certainly stay away from now on
