Newbie and 21bet advice?

Hi,

New recruit to casinomeister. I was hoping to find out more about 21bet from someone? I have been reading previous threads about them ditching fsb to move to different platform. The thing is, i had previous self exclude from there site( i found i just could not win at all ). I never received any email from them to say they were moving to incentive or to say exclude will follow to incentive network? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I have emailed 21.com help..but get no response. Thanks.
 
I was allowed to register with incentive..both premierpunt and 21bet. 21 bet have clearly not followed there practice of transferring self exclude and limits.
 
Incentive have now replied to say that NO self exclude or limits were crossed over as part of 21bet. Can operators just jump from licence to licence then without any responsibility?? Incredible...

Of course they can't.
You should complain to the UKGC, as much as they don't tend to do much for individual customers, this is a clear breach of the rules.
 
I have contacted IBAS. I am pretty sure they will just refer this to commission..and then commission will do nothing. Online casinos do what they want and get away with it..
 
I would be surprised if they do nothing on a wholesale RG failing, this isn't one or 2 customers slipped through the net, its the whole database. Make sure you tell them in your complaint it is EVERY SE'd customer who is allowed to gamble with them.
 
ADR have refused to take anything to do with it. Stating there remit doesn't deal with self excludes etc. I will raise this commission, but looks like i won't be getting deposits back. Funny thing is...would 21BET have paid me had i won??
