    not sure if I got this right. Have been playing at a casnio for fun for the last few days lots of wins some big ones no problems with any of the games. yesterday played for real the wins went down big time than on 1 machine scrooge up comes message about reply to your message see help desk error code 211 never asked 4 help when i logged in this happened twice than playing another machine dead or alive won 1000 coins a spin or too after machine went dark couldnt play any more is this normal thanks Rob

    No, that does not sound normal to me.

    Seems like you are playing one of the many multi-platform casinos... if you can't get a satisfactory answer from the casino CS, look to see if the casino has a rep on this forum by going to "i-Gaming Reps" (tab at top of forum, or just click here: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showroster.php).
    When you get to that page, hit CTRL+F on your keyboard and enter all or part of the casino name.
    If there is a rep, click on his user name and send him a PM (Private Message) detailing your concerns.

    If you get stuck, name the casino in this thread and hopefully we can give more advice.
