I've been playing Beaches on test and I don't get on with the waves instead of reels myself, but some colleagues love it.

The game will be Beta released about one week before, so the 22nd/23rd it should be live. I am not sure who the Beta partner is now, but the last game release it was Betsafe so I would probably check them out if you want to try it out before the official release.

I am sure Rainmaker will be on it though and update the thread the second it is in Beta.

Game looks cool though, so it will be interesting if Netent can make up for the last few releases which I thought were below par.

Yeah, but that is kinda my personal experience with NetEnt. BEAUTIFUL, CREATIVE SLOTS, but they pay bad... And bonus games are horrible... I always feel so f****** bad when i waited 200 spins for a bonus round and the max you can get out of it is 5-10x the bet...

I havn't played for so long at NetEnt, but I have a totally different experience.
I have posted more screenies from NetEnt this last moth, then I have from MG's for the whole of this year.
Now I never play as much as 200 spins on a game that seems cold. That would cost too much. I change games a lot, and maybe that's why. Still I have so far only tried maybe 10 of the games

I will tell you hoff:
Those frequent times you had freespins that paid x10/x20 bet or so, like the one you see in this last vid rainmaker posted, are the regular results of bonusrounds.
However, the one time they actually pay big it's because you and me and everybody else that got a x20 or less, have accumulated the profit for that particular slot, which is set to a certain rtp, so if you are there at the right time, you'll then see bonusround of x100 and upwards.
This imo, is not very high variance, but definitely not low or medium either, i think most netent slots border on the verge of high variance, but, overall give a tad more playtime then the high variance slots on other platforms.
This is my experience so far.
I do play intensively.
I can confirm that these slots, can pay really big, i also posted some examples in the winner section:
For you, who are looking for softwares/all types of videoslots, i advice to check the last twenty pages of the winner screenshots section, and the last twenty pages of the betx1000 section.
This will give you a much better view of what slots have potential.

I may be wrong but I think that Golden Shamrock was released quite early in 2010. Devil's Delight is probably a couple of years older...2008 or something.

I remember from last year that Betsafe added Shamrock after they had been bought up by Betsson. Unibet brands like Maria Casino have also had this game for a longer time together with Dallas which still is only available at very few casinos. I am guessing that Dallas eventually will be made available in other NetEnt casinos as well (love the Dallas intro ).

Just tried Beach in "Fun Mode" for about 15 minutes... sorry to say I was not impressed
This was a VERY short session, so I hope I'm mistaken about some of the below...

The graphics are great, as one would expect from NetEnt - but the game-play entertainment & big pay potential is lacking IMO.
There appears to be 3 main problems;
1) The reel-strips must be huge! You can tell this due to the regularity of the appearance of the wilds & scatters, i.e. they are pretty rare (apart from the wild on reel 2, which pops up a lot - because there's at least 3 wilds on that reel, maybe more...?)
This means getting the free-spins is probably going to be very hard - possibly close to 1 in 200 spins?

2) The is no mention on the pay-table of a multiplier in the free-spins - this would make them a damp-squib (or a dead octopus?) as you only get 8 for 3 scatters and if indeed they are very hard to hit.

3) The Octopus feature is pretty neat - but again, it look like it appears only rarely and when it does, it isn't a fantastic way to increase your wins.

I hope I'm wrong about this.

I just played Beach slot with real money about 2 hours. I played with 0,60-1€ bet and got free spins 5 times and they paid 7€-21€.
Graphics was good but otherwise i don't like this new slot. It's way too slow and there is no quick spin option when you use autoplay.
The Octopus feature was a disappointment, my highest win during that feature was about 15€.

Edit: now i find quick spin button and immediately i got 114x total bet win, it really helped =)
