Question New MG casino?

OP originally asked after Kingswin.com, a relatively new online casino operated by Kingswin Online Llc. in Estonia, licensed by Estonia and powered by Microgaming.

That's about all I know on this one, I'm afraid.

That is true

Indeed, so far it seems that the games are really MG. Having an Estonian licence means it's ok, it is legal? Or is protecting only Estonian players?

Is there any new MG casino online?

It is not normal I would link to a competitor affiliate but his site is great and prob best with overview about all information in Casinos.

Here you go it also shows some new ones I did not know about. I can highly recommend using this site. I know he is here at Casinomeister but can not remember who it is

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

By the way it is not really hard to type into google and search for new microgaming casinos. But here you go anyways.

We just brought on a relatively new casino that has MGS games here:

To locate accredited casinos with MGS game, you can go here:

Most MGS casinos are listed here (needs updating):

PaaskeDKnowUK and Casinomeister, thank you :)

I have checked all the above mentioned sites, however there is no information regarding Kingswin.com so the main questions remain: being licensed in Estonia means that the players are protected not only by the Estonian laws but also by the European laws or the only players protected are the Estonian ones? Also, even though they are using MG, they are using legal MG games with a legal license? Or they are so new that technically there is no information about them that can be found out on internet?

I think what the previous posters might be saying - and this is my view on it anyway - that "player protection" is subjective to each player, no matter where a casino is licenced. e.g. there are very good casinos licenced in Curacao and there very bad casinos licenced in Malta.

So if licencing and "protection" is something you are personally very concerned about - just forget about Kingswin altogether and stick to the Accredited Casinos where you are 99.99% sure to be safe.

Thank you

Hi, just wanted to share some information about the Estonian license. Estonia is a part of EU and if we are talking about the regulations, then there's a very strong regulator in Estonia (keen to tech). It's not that you get a license if you want and you have a dollar or 2. There's a must to pass due diligence, you are asked to explain your business model, show your business partners, managers, etc. All casinos in Estonia must have a share capital 1 000 000€. Games must be tested and certified by the well known test labs (if not, EE regulator is welcome to take a look at your games and ask for the additional documentation, etc). All Estonian casinos are integrated with the EE Regulator systems (Tax dept.), it means there's a must to transmit your finance information to tax dept every day.

From a data protection (player personal data) side, it doesn't matter what online business you run in Estonia, there's a law about data protection and how it must be handled. And all these sites that don't follow these rules will be closed quite quickly so it's not even a topic for a casino, you must follow the law or you get rid of your license. It's a small market and business owners can't allow any mistakes.

If you want to see the list of different Estonian casino providers, then it's a public information, all the official information is available here (sorry, it's in Estonian, google translate will help you):

If you want to read more about the organisation of remote gambling in Estonia, then all that information is available here:

If you need any additional information about Estonia market, then you are welcome to ask. If you need any additional information about Kingswin.com, then you are also welcome to drop me a line (madis@kingswin.com).

And all these suggestions how to make site better or how to improve user experience, you are more than welcome!

thanks,
Madis
