My advice is to very
briefly describe in a post what your problem is, and give the name of the casino in question.
Then if any other members here can help you, I know they will.
If no-one can help and you get totally stuck, you can
Pitch-A-Bitch, where you will need to give the FULL story.
This is the procedure for that:
First please send the casino representative (if they have one here) a Private Message about your problem.

To find the casino, hold down CTRL on your keyboard and press "F" - then type in all or part of the casino name.
After giving them a reasonable amount of time, if they do not put things right to your satisfaction, you can Pitch-A-Bitch.
