Anyone can recommend me a good Casino to play at? I was going to join LeoVegas since they seem good, but with over 500 bad ratings on Trustpilot why would I bother.

LeoVegas are fine, Casumo, any of the L&L group (allbritishcasino, FunCasino etc) Trada Casino

Bad reviews on trustpilot need taken with a pinch of salt, for example

Apparently your Birth Certificate does not prove who you are.

By far, the worst online gambling site I have seen. I never even had a chance to try to withdraw winnings. Spent $300.00 and my biggest win was $6.80. They offer 50 bonus spins and I was super lucky and won 1.60. on them. Total rip off. Find another site.

So you lost?

I had made a deposit of £150 and got a £100 bonus which I had wagered around 60X on live casino. But actually should of only used it on casino slots so my wager percentage didn’t increase. (Mistake on my behalf) called customer services and got told to carry on Betting on slots instead but a minimum of £5 spins. So I did for a few hours. Then got kicked out and all bonus money £1600 was in real cash. Requested withdrawal but they cancelled it. Called customer services again and got told because I did a few £6 bets the whole balance has been forfeited. After being told on the phone a MINIMUM of £5 (actually Maximum bet of £5) they gave me my £100 bonus back as a good will gesture so they must of known they had done wrong. So basically about 4 hours of nearly completing wagering for sod all. I requested they reimburse my winning and carry on wagering but wouldn’t do it.

So you can't read the terms and conditions?

This company should be closed down as soon as ! I am a 73 year old pensioner with hardly any money and they took £1500 from me my life savings and would not refund me at all even though I could never win or get paid out !!!

So you gambled, lost, and now you want a refund? Yeah thats not how gambling works! Plus if she didn't win how would she know she wouldn't get paid?



There will always be some legitimate complaints, as there will any business, but most for casinos are sore losers. LeoVegas have more due to their size. Just like there will be more bad reviews for amazon than your local corner shop.

Been gambling online since 2003 and just noticed my bank balance has gone down by over £60K. Didn't realise it was real money, just thought it was for fun and my debit card details were part of the action and to make it more realistic. Any chance of a refund please?

To all the arcades out there, local down down to every seaside resort I've ever been to, I was never over 18 so shouldn't have been allowed to play, those milk crate you kept finding were down to me so I could reach the slots to put coins in, refund of I go to the press.

Take the reviews on tristpilot with a pinch of salt William hill for example have a terrible rating yet IMHO are one of the top in the UK.
There's one guy who despoited £40 cashed out 11k he then made another despoit cashed out another £18k.
He then went on to loss £600 and give them 1star fucking numpty.

Ah Jan, I feel I owe you an apology.

Forgive me but I keep forgetting all about your brands, despite their popularity and good standing on here.

All I can think is that it is because I VERY rarely get any communication from the 2 sites I am a member at (Fun and ABC) - Have checked spam folder, settings are to allow e-mails etc so :confused:

Thanks all I will try one from the lists given. I thought TrustPilot was a bit harsh, I think it's where people just go to complain in general.

Less said about William Hill on here the better. The official 'we don't care about problem gamblers' company, the very worst of the lot in terms of the bigger operators.

Best casino I played at was Casumo followed by Slotsmillion. Both have a great selection of games, Slotsmillion had a withdrawal in my account within 3 hours which was really good. Not sure how they are now.
 
I like casumo the best at the moment . Very good game selection and pretty quick payouts plus regular deposit "bonuses" (some better than others)
Videoslots used to be good but they made a lot of their slots worse specifically for a few countries including UK so don't play there
Other good options imo are energy and rizk . Also trada but they have quite limited game selection
I've never had a problem with Willhill but be warned on Betfair again a lot of their games have rly bad payouts for UK players (not sure about other countries)
 
I also as a new player want some good recommendation... some casino that actually gives something :)
I am ready to try out with 50€.

Casumo and Casollo both seem reliable... I played both, lost some money, then won some money. Overall, I stay not bad.
With Trada I played once more for fun and lost.

I'll stay for now by Casumo and Casollo
