NETELLER SOFTWARE GLICH REQUEST UPDATE

    The problem with NETELLER deposits not being credited is the result of a problem on Netellers end.

    I have not experienced the problem with Playtech casinos. I have experienced it everytime with Microgaming Software casinos.

    As of Nov.4 Neteller Vip support informed me that they were still working to correct the issue. So unless you don't mind requesting the NT transaction# and forwarding the information to the casino, don't make any NT deposits until NT advises it has been corrected.

    You will have to phone or log in to Live Support periodically to inquire whether it has been corrected.


    I would appreciate feedback if you continually have experienced the problem at casinos using software other than microgaming or playtech.
