    Netbet are usually pretty good at communicating and have one of the better Live Chat experiences. What's the problem.

    One thing with Netbet is that they do not bother to ask for KYC documents and if you have not done KYC any withdrawal will just hang in pending indefinitely until you contact them to ask why, could this be your issue?
